We are pausing (at least for this year 2021) content creation and development of the game. We might restart development and art creation next year, but that’s not a decision we can plan now.

Thank you for the clicks, the time, the dedication, and the love. They are all cherished and we want to make sure that you don’t feel like you wasted time with the Clicker. Here are the measures we are taking to make this transition a pleasant one:

• HCL will remain available as it is forever
• HCL girls will be all moved to Harem/Hentai Heroes (more about that below)
• The story will be continued in HH eventually
• All players will get 3000 Affection

Beginning this March, Hentai Clicker will belong only to you, the players. 

Why?

Hentai Clicker was a learning experience: we formed a team around a new idea, which we wanted to realize with a new game engine that we hadn’t used before. Our expertise is in HH that uses PHP as the main technology and using a new game engine was a bold experiment. We struggled a lot, released the Clicker; we didn’t think the game was good enough for you, we released the Super Hentai Clicker, which was still not good enough. And we kept struggling. Unfortunately, taking risks doesn’t always come with a happy ending - although we like to think that there were plenty of those with the Clicker girls. HCL had a dedicated team of more than nine people and looking at the numbers, it had resources to employ only two people. At the end of the day, after two and half years of pursuing our dreams, it had to be a realistic decision. 

Our team is not big enough to handle two super successful games like Hentai Heroes and Gay Harem. We are also constantly exploring and pursuing new ideas with technology that we know. We are currently working on Comix Harem: a new take on the visual novel genre with a thrilling story and arousing art. We feel that Comix Harem is closer to what we try to bring to the game world and fits our direction better than clicker games.

Hentai Clicker was not successful enough for us to keep investing in this new technology and go deep into something we are not familiar with. But the game will remain as it is: it will remain free and playable and open to future Healers. Its development is not in our priorities currently but we are hoping to get back to it. And the door remains open in some distant future for re-opening development on this game, hopefully, in 1 year we’ll be more mature as a game studio and we will have a better mastery for making the Hentai Clicker of our dreams come true.

The Girls

All of the Clicker girls will be available eventually in Hentai/Harem Heroes and the story will be continued in HH. This means a new type of story mode and side quests. It will take some time: the first girls will be released at the beginning of March: you will see them in your Harems. After that, the Hentai Clicker babes will be added to new features, new events, Pachinkos, with villains: they will become proper HH hotties.

Worry not: your current Harem will be moved to Hentai/Harem Heroes. Whenever a HCL girl becomes available in HH, she will automatically be added to your Harem if you had her in the Clicker. All other players will have the opportunity to fight for these girls. 

Getting the girls in HH

We will export the list of girls every player has and whenever a girl becomes available in HH, you will get her automatically in your Harem.

If you don’t have an account in Hentai Heroes, all you have to do is log in to the game with the email you’ve used for Hentai Clicker and you will still get the girls. The same is true if you are playing Harem Heroes- just use your Nutaku account to log in to the game and you will get them.

Please log in Hentai Heroes and/or Harem Heroes by Friday, 26.02.2021, 1 pm UTC+ 1 to be included in the list.

Servers

The last planned update will be done in Week 8 (ending 26/02/21) for hentaiclicker.com and Nutaku (+ APK). The Test server will not be updated and will be disabled by the end of February. 

The .com APK

We will not be updating the hentaiclicker.com APK. Since the game requires more RAM than most mobile devices have dedicated to browser games, not all players will be able to play on mobile. We recommend playing directly in a desktop browser. 

Support 

Starting March, there will be no dedicated resources to fixing bugs and improving features. If you are experiencing payment issues, please use the Hentai Heroes in-game support ticketing system or the Nutaku tickets in Harem Heroes. You can also use Discord and the Forum. Social media will not be monitored so please do not use it for customer support. 

Payments

The active bundles and offers will be available for everyone. Please be advised that the Monthly cards will not be auto-renewable so if you decide to extend your subscription, you will have to do it manually.

Patreon and Social Media

The Hentai Clicker Patreon page will be terminated. The social media profiles will remain available but will not be updated and will not be monitored so please don’t use them for support.

We want to let you know that this was not an easy decision to take. But we need to focus our creative energy and strength on the projects that bring the most value, fun, and excitement to you, our players.

Spring Holidays

• We are introducing a new type of Puzzle Event! 
  • Players who have reached stage 1250 of the game can participate
  • Duration of the event will be 5 days (March 19, 2020 at 3:00:00 PM to March 24, 2020 at 3:00:00 PM)
• Arrange moving puzzle parts in the correct order and receive rewards 
• Each movement of a puzzle part costs 1 Move, a new resource only for the event
  •  The fewer Moves it takes to finish a level, the better.

• The event will start with 20 Moves available
  • 1 Move is being generated every 50 minutes to a maximum of 10 Moves
• The event is structured in Levels which increase the puzzle difficulty giving better and better rewards. 
• On level 10, the last reward is a special event Girl
• After completing all 10 levels, players can continue to play level 11 indefinitely, for the duration of the event 
• The difficulty will remain the same, but with different rewards

Thank you for testing Hentai Clicker and providing your feedback to us! As a small studio, your feedback was always a priority - we believe that together we can make great games and continue developing Haremverse.
The release of our second game is a huge thing for us! We want to share that we received messages about the balance and the lack of content in the game and we worked hard on that.

So, now we’re glad to introduce you to the new balance and updates we’re going to add to the game:
What will the changes be about?
- More levels (up to 10000), which are engaged with
- Faster & more exciting progression
- Improved perks - a lot of Perks were transformed into multipliers
- Improved boosters - boosters will now last 12 hours and are also stronger

Gameplay
- Reset minimum level is 1000 from 500. In order to make this change work, the base bonuses of Mizuki and Bunny are increased.
- Affection base for reset increased to 5 from 2. The multiplier is lowered to compensate for very high levels.

Content 
- Introduction scene for the game
- More flavor texts for all girls for each Grade
- New mini-affection scenes at the end of Grades 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8

Due to the change in content, we are doing a full reset of the accounts starting from scratch with only the kobans being left untouched.
Consequently a compensation: 2000 affection will be distributed to everyone. The Kobans of the paying players will be distributed again.

The update will happen on Monday 12th of August.
