This has been an issue ever since they implemented the gems and by now, it's probably safe to assume that the shortage of blue gems and abundance of purple ones is by design. Edit: We might want to consider requesting a move to the "General Discussion" forum, it might get some traction.

Thanks for the swift reply. But how come her damage output dropped from ~180k to ~100k? Is there really such an insanely high different between any two numbers and four ones without showing the k's? How are one supposed to know the reduction of seemingly arbitrarily reduced damage output? I'm really not annoyed, just curious if I'm the only one this has happened to (it was yesterday evening CET). Oh, you're correct. The girl in question was obstructing the view of the stats. Hi, first time poster I and haven't read everything on the forum so this might be a known bug. When I drafted/re-drafted girls to use for the club champion fight I got lucky or so (I thought) and got a 55 stat one. When I tried to raise it even more I noticed that it was one my new level one so I thought I could raise her stats even more by upgrading her. However, her stat DROPPED to ~30. I thought it was some kind of mistake on my part so I logged out, restarted my computer and her lower stats were still the once shown. Also, hew damage output was lower than before the "upgrade". I did another try with a level 1 girl with ~40 stats or so, I don't really remember raised her to max level and affection and the same thing happened; her stats nearly halved. I obviously find this counter-intuitive. What is going on?

Hi Guys and gals. I've been playing HC since the beta and have been waiting for a feature that would severely increase my (and others') enjoyment of the game (as well as prevent carpal tunnel syndrome). My idea is simple: Let us, theplayers, rearrange our harem girls so we dont have to scroll up, down, up, down ad infinitum. Like all click girls first, then well you get the pont. Sorry if this has already been suggested and shot down because ..reasons. I'd love to hace Felicia with all the moneybuffers close by. :)~~~ Be safe out there. Cheers mates!

Hello!I've been playing HH for about a year and a half, started buying the monthly silver membership (and later on gold when it became available) card each month and never encountered any issues before but now it's not working anymore. I'm using a Debit Mastercard by the way, and don't really feel like asking my girlfriend/mom/etc to borrow theirs without explaining why I need it... I've searched the forums and found out it's a common problem that has been around a while but a lot of people still have it. I've followed the tips people suggested to others in the otherthreads on the subject; contact my bank (no problem on their end and I'm far from my limits), cleared cache along with autofill for cc-info etc, tried other browsers and platforms (other computers and phone). I even tried using a VPN to change my location so it would match my ingame nationality to American - how the game thought I live there instead of Sweden (way before I used the VPN) is beyond me, as well as the inability to change nationality whent it's obviously completely wrong but that's off-topic. There were multiple instances of other players experiencing the same issure; Indians were "Pakistanis", Canadians were "Americans", Belgians were usually "German" and so on and so forth. Maybe the issue is that the card's real nationality does'nt match the one the game thinks it is but it's always been like this and worked lots of times before. As a civilized European/Scandinavian I'm also somewhat offended by being called an American. None of these measures have worked and as mentioned, I have'nt had the issue before. I would really like if you could look into it - this seems to be a common occurence and a probable systemic failure. I'd really like to be able to give you my money for what i think is an awesome game and those daily Kobans really enchance my enjoyment of the gaming experience; the QOL-parts are the best. I'm not sure if I will keep on playing if this issue is'nt resolved (this is ny no means a threat). Please help me support you finansially. HH is on a completely different level qualitywise compared to your competition, not really the gameplay but I really appreciate the quirky geekiness and TONS of anime and videogame referenses - It's obvious you know what you're doing with all the easter eggs and want to be able to support that. Oh well, enough ranting (and praise). I apologise for the wall of text but I really wanted to provide as much info as I possibly could to help you solve the issue. I've contacted customer support as well but they won't reply, hence this post. Edit: There's no issue with my card otherwise, either on- or offline. Sincerely
