  1. Good news and hopefully the final update. I just received another message from support stating that they just released an update that should fix the issue. Signed out, cleared everything like normal, and tried it when I logged back in. And now I am pleased to say that it worked! If you were having the issue with messenger not advancing, it should be fixed now. Thanks to the community and the devs for working to report and fix this issue.
  2. That's been happening to me a lot recently as well, but I shrugged it off thinking it might just be on my end. Also not a big deal to me as it usually resolves given enough time. It's possible that there may be some cracks starting to show in their code now since that tends to happen the longer games are updated and run over time. (*cough* warframe *cough*)
  3. Thanks for the tip, but as I already mentioned, I reset everything in the browser (ie. cache, cookies, logins) twice, and no dice. (Actually more than twice, but I couldn't tell you the official number.
  4. Okay, so I just received an update from support that I thought I would share. According to said message they released an update that hopefully fixes the "unable to reply" issue that comes from players clicking the replies too fast. (Side note: I don't think the issue is the player's fault personally since I know I wasn't spam clicking anything when the error occurred, but that's just pure speculation on my part that I could be totally wrong about.) I will attach an image of the message I was sent regarding it just to show that they did officially respond. Unfortunately, I will also be attaching another image to this post demonstrating that it is, in fact, not fixed (at least for me). The second image is of the error was essentially what I sent back to support showing that, no, the issue is still very much live for me. I also made sure to circle the day and time in red to provide evidence that the screenshot was recent. All of this is just to say that there is a possibility that the issue may be fixed for some of you, but not for me. Also wanted to note that I did try clearing my browser twice just to make sure that wasn't the problem, and it's still there. Edit: Also, mods, hopefully I didn't do anything wrong by posting this update to which I will apologize ahead of time. Let me know if I need to change something or otherwise if I messed something up.
  5. Unless it would just bog down their support system, I would suggest making a support ticket. More than likely support will try to send you through the motions of clearing the cache and cookies as well as trying a different browser first before asking for screenshots of the console. That's what they did for me as it seemed like the standard procedure, but as I stated above, it did not work. Again, I don't want to inundate their support system with too many tickets, but it's possible that more examples of the issue could help their tech department solve the issue. I will say that this issue is listed as a known issue on the official blog currently: kinkoid.com/news/hentai-heroes-news-en/known-and-fixed-issues/ You can see it under Week 27: Functionality Issues. Second bullet point.
  6. I thought that I would update this with new information as I promised earlier. As of now, I have been told that the info has been sent to the technical support department to look further into it. They had me provide some screenshots of the console with the issue present as all attempts to fix it prior have not worked. As it seems other players are experiencing similar problems with messenger, I guess this is why they forwarded it to tech support. Hopefully they can figure it out so that those of us who are having the problem can go back to using the messenger feature. But all we can do now is wait.
  7. I made a post about this with a similar problem since for me it was Lenaelle. As of this moment, I was informed that the issue was sent to the tech support department after I provided them with screenshots of the console that they requested. So it appears this is a much larger issue than just an isolated one. I suggest making support ticket regarding the issue in case more screenshots of consoles provide them with enough info to diagnose the issue.
  8. I wasn't expecting anything to happen over the weekend, so no worries there. However, I did receive a reply from support earlier recommending literally the same fixes, and nothing worked. Cleared all data from all my browsers and it's still there. Switched browsers (4 separate browsers in fact) and the issue remains. Switched devices (twice) and nothing. Edit: After messing around between browsers I discovered that if I logout and then log back in, as the message states, the messenger app causes the page to go completely white and not load as if it is trying to load something, but something is blocking it from doing so. If I refresh the page, then it takes me back to my homepage of the game. Selecting messenger again opens it as normal but in its bugged state. So yeah, I think I have run afoul of some communication glitch between my end and theirs that needs someone with far more tech skills that I appear to possess.
  9. So far no change even after a full system reset and everything. To be honest, I'm not really a fan of the messenger feature, but it just sucks to have something in the game that is essentially dead in the water due to a glitch. But I'm glad that your issue fixed itself. I would also like to add that even if I switch to a different pc or my phone, the issue still persists, so I am rather doubtful that anything can be done on my end at this point except to wait for support to contact me back or fix it themselves.
  10. Just tried the proposed advice, and nothing changed. Cleared the cache and even deleted any cookies and data related to HH in my browser. Same error still persists. I also submitted a support ticket in case that would be something that the devs should know about. Probably just an isolated issue happening to me, but I wasn't sure. Also if anything changes or it somehow fixes itself, I will update this post for notification purposes.
  11. I just had this happen today when I was spending a reply in the Messenger feature. When I clicked reply, it first told me that I did not have access to that feature which is obviously false since I have been using it since it launched. When I backed out and tried again, it came up with the message "You have already replied to this message! Logout & Login to refresh your progression." Well, I followed the directions. More than once. And nothing has changed. Still getting the same error. I will attach a screenshot of the problem for confirmation. Also I apologize if this issue is known or has been brought up in a currently existing thread, but after a quick check, I didn't see it immediately.
  12. I will try it next time it pops up and can post the results. Next time I will take screenshots to document it, but I still think it should be a feature that doesn't require a workaround such as refreshing the page. Just bad design in my opinion.
  13. I think I have tried doing that before, and while it temporarily fixed it, I had to repeat the tutorial again until I hit that button. If it has been fixed to not repeat on refresh then, that's my bad, but yes the tutorials are ridiculous for players who have been playing longer than a month or two.
  14. I don't know if this topic already exists, and I acknowledge the title might be confusing. However, I have noticed in recent times that after certain updates the game runs me through many of the tutorials again even though I am level 455 and have played this game for a couple years. When I started the tutorials ran you through game features quite thoroughly but always had an "Okay" button at the end to finish the tutorial text. However, nowadays I have had the Champion tutorial pop up occasionally to reexplain how champions work even though they have not changed. My problem lies in the fact that the champion tutorial essentially blocks out all functionality of the game until you complete it and it ends on the "Perform" button forcing you to use one ticket to complete the tutorial. This is not a problem for me since I have a decent build up of tickets, but it's more of an annoyance. My concern is for newer players that may not have the ticket stock that higher level players have where they may end up wasting a ticket on finishing a tutorial. My suggestion is to have an "Okay" button at the end of the Champion tutorial at least to account for new players not having a lot of tickets to spare. Alternatively, another suggestion could be to make the tutorial performance free instead of costing a ticket. Again, this isn't really a major problem with the game just a bit of an observation, and it's entirely possible that I have missed something along the way. Next time it happens I could take some screenshots and add it to show what I am talking about, but I just didn't consider doing it when it happened last time. My apologies if this topic has already been broached or is in consideration.
  15. I agree with most of the above, but my main issue that was covered in these posts are the gems and awakenings. I personally view an awakening as going beyond one's limit as it is often presented in many games and anime (you know, what this game is styled after/parodying). From my perspective if a player were to be say level 313 or so and level a girl up to 350 then, it should be free for them to do so. However, if they wished to level that same girl up past 350 while their player level remained below that 350 mark, then that could be considered awakening that girl past her current limit and therefore cost gems to do so. Instead we have this ridiculous system where all players have a free cap of 250 regardless of player level. I'm level 437 at the moment which means that I have to pay a significant amount of gems to "catch up" any girl to my player level which, in my opinion, should not be the case. Like OP I have also stockpiled a large amount of books, but now have no reason to use them beyond level 250, so I guess I'll just have a massive library collection for nobody to peruse.
