Hey @ju8000 You were not auto banned. A person checked activity of your account before issuing a ban and it didn't have to be about something recent. Asking for a review would probably be asking same person to make same look and come to same conclusions. There is no fix - or ban waves wouldn't work. You can try the ticket of course, but they say in the ban message - there are no appeals.

Hey @slingoo There was an inactive account purge awhile back. That's the probable reason. You can try contacting support to get more info via in-game ticket from your current account. (top right menu - settings - customer support)

Yeah, a Community Manager saw it in discord, so consider this bug reported. But it wouldn't hurt if you sent a support ticket saying that you have it too. (top right menu -> settings -> customer support)

Hey @Giladhan All I can assure you of it hasn't been random nor automatic. A living person reviewed your activity and issued a ban. We, mods of the forum, aren't the ones handling game accounts. You can contact Kinkoid by sending them a support ticket from PSH or from a new account. Error 500 is unrelated to your ban.
