The kinkpoint should have been refunded. if it's not the case, you can contact a admin on the Discord and he'll look at it. The Ryos spend between the launch et yesterday maintenance should have been refunded too if what i saw on the discord is correct.

try putting the gils level multiplier to 1x before reseting, it's working great for me.

you're just out of luck, i got every girls, and some needed 30+ reset. when you beat the stage, it's a chance to get her.

yes, i spent around 130k, i got reward for some, and nothing for other. it displayed the reward but did not receive them.

Did you transcend? when you transcend it's reset, but you get skill point.

it's a chance to get the girl at level 400, you need to do it more time, you'll eventually get her.

I think some bonus are not working whe we use gacha, i used lot of roys on gacha too and only got some of the bonus.
