I remember that my very first PoA was the same exact experience (sometimes in July). Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about that right now (unless you wish to spend A LOT of kobans on refreshes and energy->ticket trade). Maybe this is wishful thinking, but I would like to see something like dynamic difficulty for events depending on your level/world progress. We already have this done for "Spend money" type missions in PoA, so the fundamentals are there, Kinkoid only has to further build on it. Because making events that do not cater towards newer players is probably not going to help this game long-term. Now as for the different rewards compared to previous PoA, did they really replace pachinko orbs with Kisses? Absolutely terrible idea. The kisses are not needed for anything else than occasional daily contest.

Thanks man I was a bit worried because right before LC started, I moved to higher level bracket (280-320), so I expected quite a competition. And there was. Out of all the contests, the ticket one was hardest and most stressful. One crazy guy was tailing me even after 300 tickets spent. I was checking the app constantly every 15 minutes so I could spend some more tickets. And it seemed like he spent a lot of kobans on refreshes, because i saw him jump TWICE by 100k point within 5 minutes. Now that I have some extra orbs, its time to wait for mythic pachinko refresh, so I can grab Golden Bunny 😎

AFAIK you get put into another bracket with people that already have her, once you get her too. So you're not screwing anyone. Also that is pretty bad way to look at it. If what you say was true, that would be a bad game design. Why would you blame players for that?

Sooo, i managed to complete my initial goal 😎 Including the legendary girl itself, thats 2,5 girls, nice. Anyway, I still hate this event.

Yeah I probably will, although I still have time to get some from PoP, so we will see . Maybe ill have to level them from rank 9 to 10 just to get that one extra ticket. Edit: Just checked the calendar and seems like we have 1 day break after contest again, I think that will be enough to get some tickets.

3rd victory in a row. Cost me almost all my tickets (from 340 to 7), all season energy and cca 60 kobans because i panicked one time 🤦‍♂️

Another day, another good result: I think I have a good chance beating the ticket related contest as well. Only thing I am slightly worried about is the girl/book contest.

*Puts on tinfoil hat* That was the plan all along. Make an even worse event so we don't hate legendary contest as much. 😂

This week I moved into 280-320 bracket, so I expected much more competition, but luckily managed to get 1st place. Just like others mentioned, Season XP was enough to get me the girl. Other than that, I managed to stockpile more tickets than last month (currently at 350), and a lot of orbs/books as well. I am aiming at 1st place 4 days in a row (maybe too ambitious, but we will see 😉).

Since I finally got to Dicktator 1 bracket, I decided to celebrate and spend a bit more kobans on this event. For approximately 5,5k Kobans (+ 35 combativity from seasons), I got Bunny, Lupa, Ankyo, Hari, Hateya and Cyber Keiko, i think this has been pretty lucky. Last one i can get is Jordan. I'll wait with refills until the event is almost over (maybe ill get a lucky 100 shard drop). Also this is a bit unrelated but i got 2 girls from mythic pachinko (in just 30 orbs), so just today i basically got 8 girls 😎. Pretty good day I'd say.

And if what Kenrae said is true, 1000 combativity is only average. Imagine spending 50 bucks and not even getting the girl. Might not even happen because you're unlucky, but because you're slower than others and someone else grabbed the shards sooner. Also the leagues desperately need a catch-up mechanic, but this new best hardcore girl only widens the gap... It's a bad event all around. Also not sure if anyone mentioned this, but why is mythic pachinko called "mythic", if mythic girls will not be in it? 🤣

Okaaaay, so we complained that in Legendary Contest the drop rate was bad and you had only 4-5 days, which was not enough to get a single girl with free combativity (unless you're lucky). Kinkoid's response? Make an even worse event with lower drop rate and shard pool that is shared with rest of the playerbase 🤦‍♂️ Also why is it side by side with another event? If you want the drop rate to be so low, this should be a permanent feature. Then it would at least kinda make sense.

Yeah, this is frankly unexpected and it made my day! I'm glad they listened, now I don't feel like i am forced to buy it every month. Hell, i'll chip in with my 5 bucks this month just because of that.
