This is getting very annoying. I STILL Can't connect, after waiting 8hours. I've tried clearing cookies/cache, restarted pc, used a different browser, I used a vpn from 3 dif locations, including another country, and it still just does that flashing crap. At this point im getting close to just giving up on this site. When this happens weekly, its frusterating as shit. I've put in a couple 100 dollars already, and this is all I get in return.

@FinderKeeper Its happened again I got on at 3pm, launched it, saw the flashing, instantly closed tab like you suggested, then tried again, nogo. Waited 3hours, instead of the one, and still flashing/not working

@jelom yea, i've tried vpn's when it happens, doesnt work.

@FinderKeeper@Liliat I'll try doing the close browser immediately thing if I notice it in time, next time it happens (hopefully it doesnt, can always pray :P), but as for the clear cookies and cache thing then waiting 1hour, i've tried that before. Didn't seem to work. It's weird that the onehour works for others, but even when I gave it two hours, it didn't for me.

Yea, I have no idea. It's happened a few times to me, and its always on my first use of the day. I keep the tab open generally, so I just "wake" my computer up, click refresh on the tab, and I go about my buisness, but every once in awhile i get this issue. Should be no issues on my PC's end. No firewalls that i use, no adblocker, ect ect. I get the "loading" screen and it flashes like 3-5 times, then just sits there, and eventually goes to the 500 error.

As i've said, I've tried this stuff. I've cleared cookies and cache, I've waited multiple hours, used a vpn. Nothing seems to work for me, it takes 4-5hours of nothing sometimes. I understand WHY it happens, its just annoying that it does happen, at all. It's been a known issue, obviously, since theres "fixes" for it, so why hasnt this been sorted out? Also, the stated reason it happens is "becasue it recieved to many requests in a short time", but howcome this issue only happens when i get home/wake up, and load the page for the first time. There is no way im sending multiple requests to the website, while not home/awake. Its just really frustrating.

Wake up in the morning, go to collect money from girls, and it doesnt do anything, i refresh page, error 500. This is the 4th time its happened to me in 2months now. In before clear cashe, delete cookies, reset router, try vpn. I've done all that, and it doesn't work. It's getting really annoying. At this point, i'm probably not going to be able to complete the 4 daily missions for the event, and its frusterating.

On the HH.com server. It's happened to me before, and i have no idea why. It's very annoying, because if this keeps up, i wont be able to do the daily mission for the event.

Just wondering, since I just got home from work, and im just stuck on "loading..." My internet connection is fine, and i've tried restarting both my browser, and router.

Tried 2hours later, still getting one of two things. A: It does the HH loading screen, but it flashes ALOT with seizure inducing white flashes. and B: is still the 500 internal server error. I'm kinda bum'd out because i legit went to store with game working fine, bought 80$ of paysafe codes, and now I can't even connect. I've cleared cookies, reset router, tried a different browser, and even used a VPN, all to no effect.

Keep getting internal server error when i try to connect to the website. Wondering if servers are down or something. Was fine when I left the house 2hours ago.

I've also had the same issue, did the said Ticket, and all support told me, even though I told them i checked with bank, was "check with your bank". they don't really seemed concerned that people are having issues spending money on their game.

Hey All. Returning player here, on a new acc since i couldnt remember the email/pw of my previous one :(. Anyway, I was trying to make a store purchase, and i Kept getting some 3ds Error. Not sure whats going on. I most definatly have funds in my account, and have used the card recently for other things, so im assuming its on the games end. Any idea's how to fix this?
