  2. Hi all - just a quick post to say goodbye. I've has some good times playing this game and exchanging thoughts and ideas with a great many of you. But I've caused a few problems in my personal life with this game and it's reached a point where I feel the need to act to address those issues.   3. Across all the MD/MDR events that have had gems I've had 845 drops for 9197 CP giving a drop rate of 9.19%. That does assume that the gem drop rate over these events is the same as the rest of the time.

Admittedly I haven't tried it, but I'd personally be surprised to get through the first 150+ odd CPs before the shard ran out (MD). 2 hours to the next drop is 6.4 Kobans (Nutaku) vs 8 for a 50x - at best I'd say the difference was 1.6 Koban for a lot less clicking and minimising risk. If you can get through it in the first drop cudos to you I don't think it makes the world of difference either way.
  6. Even of regular MD, if you've got a bank of CP at the start of the event you DO want to burn through them with 50x on the first drop. Trying to burn through 100+ CP on singles won't happen and you'll lose more in cost free regens than it costs to blast it with 50x.
  7. That's Bunna complete. Stats: Total Kost (including 5xSP): 1602 Nutaku Kobans (9612 HH). As expected Bunna has been more expensive due to not having the saved resources to begin with, though not my most expensive Mythic. 718 Combativity used, 78 free. Drop rate was (for the tenth Mythic in a row) below the average (7%) at 6.41%. Along the way I picked up 39 MPs (drop 5.43%), 30 tickets (drop 4.18%) and 1340 gems (drop 9.33%). Overall drop rate across all Mythics: 13392 Combativity used for 855 drops = 6.38% Back to back I've picked up both the Mythic and the Revival for the last three months. It's been brutal. I'm missed the paid PoV and my Koban hoard has depleted by ~600 Koban/month. The previous two months I also skipped the CE and OD to conserve my SP left over from the MD and to bank the Combativity from the DGs and stopped progressing the main story and played side quests instead (as the main story required Combativity). I didn't do that this month as I'd expected Golden Lupa and was intending to take a month off the MDR. I'll likely miss the MDR next month as I already have Golden Lupa allowing me to rebuild my Kobans and pick-up High Mage Arcana in September (assuming that KK don't mess with the scheduel again) which will be the last MDR of interest to me until they start re-reviving the non-Bunna Mythics. I'm hoping that'll start in December so it's all about saving after Arcana to get the Koban stash to the point where I can sustain 4 straight double months, but having seen 3 months in a row I'm confident I'll have far more than enough set aside to achieve this. I could likely achieve this now, but I do like to have a big resource bank.
  8. If I was to guess - these daily prizes were pre-scheduled. They've bumped the crystals for today on HH and forgotten about the other games.
  9. Interesting that today's gift is 1k crystals. That's significant and I suspect a response to the feedback that's been given on the forums/discord. I wonder how many more crystals are going to turn up that way?
  10. Back on topic - it's 36min since the last drop. Still 600+ shards available on Nutaku. That's less than 24h in, though is on a Sunday morning.
  11. Tinfoil hat on - The only logical explanation is that one of us has been surveilling the other! I keep 12 in case they turn up on villians where I can't avoid collecting shards for other girls.
  12. I completely understand the rational, but as @Liliat says, as long as you can be available for several of the drops over the day, it's unnecessary. This is a slightly unusual event for me in that a complimentary DC has come up on Nutaku. I want the 50 Koban rebate so I've pushed to get through as much of Bunna as I can. 100% single CP. The first 6 drops I played. I missed 4 sleeping. The first drop this morning brought me up to 96 shards, two more than I intended. That's still a drop short of the first full 24h. As long as you can be available at the drop times you should not have a problem at all getting the girl over 2 day. You should also take into consideration timings. For instance, the shards lasted well over 15 min on the first drop this morning. The comps are generally lower participation at the weekends (I think a lot of people are playing this game when they should be working during the week ) and it's the same for MD. The shards last longer at days/times when less people are about. If you're really anxious about it, there's always the middle of the night drops. That. I will try to finish off with an extra drop to spare in case I hit a problem. That way if I have to use 50x I've still got the chance to do so. I also tend to finish off the night before if the event ends on a Wednesday, due to the update and having seen the server go down for long periods of time on Wed morning.
  13. 100% right - I slept the usual 8h (which potentially was 5 drops depending on the spacing) and still missed the last drop or two as I'd already got the girl. @bolitho76 raises an interesting point - Bunna was a surprise first time round and there hadn't been any MD before, a surprise second time round as there hadn't been any MDR and is a surprise this time as it broke the established sequence.
  14. Just to deflate some somewhat inaccurate information - I've taken the last 2 MRD on 100% single CP. It does mean being available to hit on the 2 hour marks, but that doesn't include sleeping and doesn't mean you have to hit 100% of the ones while you're awake. This time round I started with 8 shards. I'm now on 62. That means 54 shards gained or 27 drops. I've spent 399 CP (~6.8% drop rate - very close to average). The shards have gone quickly but that's still 100% single CP (including time to record results after every 20). It is possible to take MDR without going 50x if you can be available at the drops. I sympathise with those who can't.
  15. Really? You think they're going to reduce the price of the bundles that much? We already know what f2p can gain. So bundles have to make up the rest. With absolutely no disrespect intended, I don't see them reducing bundles to what would have to be next to nothing to make an appreciable difference further into the event. And if they did I'd think it was 100x worse as it was an absolute exploitation of the 'ticking clock' psychology. I appreciate the intention to get an accurate picture, but what KK try to push people to pay at the start is the accurate picture imo.
