Thanks a lot for the reply and the option of reaching out to the kinkoid community manager, I am just not wanting to have to jump to another platform to find someone to assist with an issue that should not have even been an issue in the first place. Sad that I felt the need to bring the issue even here. Sorry for the delayed response as well. I have just been waiting to see if I would receive a reply to my support ticket with the information that is above. I haven't really been playing the game and just coming on a few minutes to see if there is any update. My monthly card just expired recently and I did not renew it. Now 13 days after sending them the follow up ticket with screenshots showing that unclaimed items are automatically supposed to be claimed for the DP event and that no notice was sent to me stating otherwise (like they tried to tell me it was) this what they send now. So there it is. Just more untrue statements and no addressing the blatant lie about some type of notification being sent about needing to claim all the DP event prizes even if you had a monthly card. The stuff from their previous message I could disprove, but them saying "Oh you did receive everything" , I would have needed to screen shot my equipment page along with dates and times to show I didn't get the mythic items to show otherwise which I did not. Didn't think of a scenario beforehand in which i would have needed to do that. Anyways, being called a liar aside, I definitely will never pay any real money for this game or any game this company makes again and will probably just request that my in game account be closed. Sorry that I actually did spend money on this game and will advise others to stay clear from playing games by this company.

Hello. I sent in a ticket about unclaimed items not being claimed during the double penetration event even with a monthly card. I had claimed almost all the items except for the 3 red mythic items and 1 guy. The guy got claimed at the end of the event, but the 3 mythic items did not. I sent in a ticket about this. I got this as a response. In the event information that was in-game, it said that any unclaimed rewards would be claimed if you have a monthly card. Wish I had screenshot that, but didn't know I would have needed to do that. I did however find in the patch notes of the event that it specifically says with a monthly card, unclaimed rewards will be claimed. (And the 1 guy I had not claim did get claimed, just the 3 mythic items did not for some reason. Here is a screenshot: I understand bugs and unexpected issues happen. That is really not the upsetting thing. The thing is now trying to say something that is not functioning as intended and specified actually is functioning as intended. I also did not receive any in-game notification saying we have to claim all the items for this event even if we have a monthly card. The notification for this event is still up, so i was able to screenshot it. Also, here is my inbox showing no other messages about the double penetration event were sent. After getting that response, the ticket was closed, but I have since sent all the supplemental information showing that we were told unclaimed rewards from this event would be claimed at the end of the event if we had a monthly card, and also that I received no in-game notification that I would need to claim all rewards even if I had a monthly card to get all the rewards. Just waiting for more followup. Not Happy about having to go through all this. If anyone can assist, would be very much appreciated.

Is there somewhere it is calculated what you need to do to get all the guys in these types of events? It seems even if you get all the event cards (including premium card) getting at least 18,000 crystals would be difficult. Is there a way to increase the amount of crystals you get from seasons, leagues, etc? Only getting +1 or +2 for each seems very low.

Hello! With the daily goals, not everyone's goals are the same. Different people are at different places in their Harem journey and are prioritizing different activities. Right now, it looks like only certain goals are available each day and at times the goals don't line up with what someone can do at that time (like winning a league match when you are at a point where you cannot win league matches, or do champion performances when you don't have tickets) If all the possible goals are available everyday, people are rewarded for playing the game the way they want to play it (and are able to play it), but just playing it consistently.
