Classick

I'm not sure why but it seems like 75% of the time when I pay for the assign all it only puts girls on the first mission. I always use the same computer to play the game and am not sure what if anything I can do. Just getting frustrated with spending the in-game currency and getting screwed. All suggestions welcomed thanks.
