Except the highest level in the game at the time of the change was maybe in the low 200s? (not certain of this). By the time we get near 400, we'll have stronger stuff than all those old equips (depending on the exact highest level old legendary equip in the game maybe epics will be weaker). As Daniele said, no one HAS any old 400 legendaries, so it doesn't matter that they're theoretically stronger.

That's not true. Items scale in strength with level (and the level you obtain them at is the level you are at the time), so eventually those old items are outgrown. I have an old level 164 legendary mono stat, it'll be "replacable" before I go over level 240, let alone before we go into the 300s. They've taken a fair while to outgrow, but we have gotten there.

This feels more appropriate for Q&A than general discussion. @Chthugha can you move? To answer though: 1) Base stats get converted such that your new specialty is your highest base value, new secondary is second and weakness stat is third. 2) Nothing, they remain at whatever values and specialty you had before 3) Nothing. A manual buy for 1 point of Know How stays in Know How, and same for the other stats.

Close on the formula, but not quite. After every 2000 points, the cost between each upgrade increases. For the first, it's 2 per point, then 4 per point, and then 6 per point shortly after you break the 12k per point mark (this should also continue higher and higher as we level up more and more). The costs just keep scaling up.

Unfortunately trunks, if you don't participate in the event you won't get anything. The legendary gifts are tied only to Ninja Spy (confirmed on discord). They are there as a "partial reward" so that people will get something from the event that isn't just cash if they fail to get the legendary girl.

I've voted no to buying, but that's because I've got over 10k of free Kobans at present (2 lots of 10x spins) and I don't think she's worth more than that. If I had less saved, I might consider it, but hard to say until I see what she's based on.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say there used to be four girls. No event has had more than 3 girls available outside the epic pachinko (typically two girls droppable from bosses and one for completing 12/14 missions, although the Sexy Calendar revival had 3 girls from bosses).

If you would prefer not to have a world until the whole thing is available, there's nothing forcing you to start it immediately. You can simply choose not to advance through the scroll and wait for the NEXT world after that to come out before you start going through it. By doing this, both groups get what they want. You only get to deal with complete worlds, and others get to deal with each scroll bit by bit. This seems like a fair compromise to me.

Legendary Items will appear in the market, but only rarely. If you mean equipment, I'm not aware of any restriction on them. If you mean affection items, they'll gain a chance to appear after your harem reaches a certain size
