Hello, as some of you know, i made a topic here in QA ""Trouble Leaving a Club"" that players cant leave the club or press any buttons in the club,- until they reach the requirements for fighting Champions. Kinkoid doesnt cared here in the forum, so i made a testaccount, and tested if i also have the problem(until this moment just my clubmembers told me about this problem.) So after creating the testaccount i gained 15 girls without having the requirements to fight champions, and as i already knew, i cant leave the club, cant press any buttons,... So i was kind, and made screenshots and wrote really detailed with pictures etc about the problem. After a long time i got a answer, and i have to say dissapointed about the response is not the real definition. I feeled screwed over !! The response to my whole text was something like " This is not a bug its normal that you need the requirements to fight ccubchampion" ufff that was definately not the reason why i wrote the customer support. Because imagine you are a new player joined a bad clan, and you cant leave the clan, or you have two buttons, and if you press them nothing works, but you dont know why ! despite i feeled like either they didnt read what i wrote or they wanted to screw me, i wrote kindly, but the important things with Capital WHY i wrote them in the first place . (Nothing abusive or offensive i didnt even critisized the really bad response ) now i saw they answered my ticket, but i cant login to the game anymore. after i press login i get back to the loginmenu. testaccount still works. If this is how some people in the support act if you tell them about a bug, i will promise i will never ever again inform you about a bug! Netherless banning or freezing my account CANT be an option !!! And i am everything but not happy!! Thanks to the kind person who will look at this problem. Ps: i think QA is right forum if not feel free to move if i will never ever again response here you know i am banned here too

Alors voilà nous sommes jour 2 des journées d'orgies, je rentre du travail, vers 17h30 je remarque ces problèmes, qui sont: -Pas de missions avec kobans, je tiens à préciser je les aient pas faites, donc par précaution je me dit essayons une mission random pour voir si ça valide, bon l'espoir fait vivre mais ne suffit pas, du coup je me dit avec le patch note ça à dû bug je recharge la page, rien n'y change, du coup évidemment dernier recours je me déconnecte pour me reconnecter, enfin bref j'ai fais les manipulation à faire du moins je pense. -Mais aussi je remarque que le personnage que j'ai en tête d'affiche, et bien ce n'est plus la même, oui j'aime bien Bunna mais je préfère la pose 2, cependant avec elle rien à faire l'image change pas, mais je peux cependant mettre ce que je veux pour les autres filles. -Du coup évidemment je me dit, allons contacter le service support et je m'aperçoit que lui aussi à disparu des paramètres, du coup pas le choix obligé de passer par ici, cependant avec le problème actuel, force est de constater qu'il me sera impossible d'avoir la fille de l'évènement en question s'il n'est pas résolu suffisamment vite.   3. Bonsoir, J'ai tenté de payer hier un bundle que je souhaitais utiliser spécifiquement pour terminer d'obtenir Lenaelle Angélique... Malheureusement, le paiement a échoué 3 fois de suite, alors que je n'ai aucun souci de mon côté. Erreur logistique, qui fait que je n'aurais sans doute pas la mythique, alors que j'avais tout organisé pour cela ! Y a t il moyen de me renvoyer ce bundle avant sa disparition ? Est ce possible, si cela se fait après la fin de l'évènement, de me permettre de pouvoir payer ce bundle à nouveau (l'opération ayant échoué à 3 reprises et le bug venant du site, non de moi, ou de ma banque) et d'obtenir la mythique Svp ? Cela me semblerait juste au vu de l'investissement. Pour info, il s'agissait du bundle à 24 euros environ qui devait se terminer dans 1J et 10h environ Merci et bon jeu à tous !

  5. Hi, pals! I had some problems with my account because it was hacked. After asking for a solution, the support team told me they would ban my account until I change my password to force a logout in all the devices, and once it have been done, I need to write the in-game support tool for have an unban ("All answers need to be provided in the in-game support tool."). Then, where is the in-game support tool or how I can access if I can't login in my account? Thank you!

  8. Bonjour @Lola Kinkoid, J'ai quelques soucis à obtenir des réponses (tout court) et à plus forte raison des solutions à mes tickets envoyés au Support via le jeu ces derniers mois. Les deux plus anciens ont été rédigés en anglais, ce qui était mon réflexe jusqu'à récemment comme je joue en anglais (et j'avais eu des réponses dans des délais raisonnables par le passé). Le plus récent, je l'ai fait en français en espérant que l'équipe francophone est peut-être moins débordée actuellement. Pour le 4228, mon message initial remonte à plus de 103 jours, ce qui fait un sacré délai. J'ai eu une réponse copié-collé de "forwarded to dev team" il y a maintenant 6 jours. Pas de résolution de mon souci (je n'avais pas reçu mes 3 tickets de champions inclus dans ma récompense pour une compète). Je me suis permis de répondre hier pour préciser qu'il ne semblait plus vraiment utile de transmettre la partie rapport de bug à l'équipe technique à présent, vu que le bug en question n'est plus d'actualité, mais que par contre j'apprécierais qu'on me crédite les 3 tickets que j'avais gagnés mais pas reçu à l'époque. Pas de nouvelle réponse pour l'instant. Pour le 6096, mon message initial remonte à 20 jours (moins dramatique, mais tout de même un long délai). Je n'avais pas reçu de réponse et je me suis donc permis de relancer hier également, en précisant que vu les circonstances et compte-tenu des délais, je n'osais plus espérer une réponse favorable et qu'à ce stade, je préférais encore qu'on ferme simplement ce ticket pour en avoir un de moins d'ouvert. Il s'agissait d'une demande de geste de bonne volonté suite au problème survenu avec le premier code promo du fameux jeudi. J'ai eu une réponse aujourd'hui (il y a à peine une heure) qui était hélas le même template "forwarded to dev team" que pour le ticket précédent. Pas de réponse au contenu pour l'instant, et le ticket n'a pas non plus été fermé (bien entendu, si quelqu'un du support a la gentillesse de se pencher sur mon cas, je préférerais une résolution plutôt qu'une simple clôture du ticket, mais les deux options semblent préférable à une lettre morte). Enfin, pour le 6961, je l'ai envoyé aujourd'hui seulement et donc cette fois-ci en langue française. Je n'ai pas encore de réponse, mais là il n'y a pas de quoi s'inquiéter en termes de délai. En revanche, tant que j'ai votre attention (ce que j'espère), vu qu'il s'agit d'un souci assez simple à résoudre et pénalisant pour moi, j'apprécierais fortement un retour rapide. Il s'agit à nouveau d'une récompense non créditée suite à une compète, mais cette fois-ci se sont les 120 kobans que je n'ai pas reçus pour mon top 4 dans la compète d'hier (terminée ce matin à 5h CET). Voilà. Je ne détaille pas davantage ici, mais j'espère que ce message attirera votre attention sur mes demandes en attente, et mènera à une résolution satisfaisante de celles-ci dans les meilleurs délais. D'avance merci, très cordialement.
  9. i went for the event pachinko at level 186 n gave 1800 kobans by pressing 4 games, n 4 items popped-up, but as soon as i went to market place there was only one item updated, remaining 3 not shown, i rechecked & no event girls had been given to me(which was a huge disappointment coz after so many days i was able to gather 1800 kobans, & all went to waste, what a bummer n waste of resources n time), i also checked with my avatar section but nada - no change nothing new had been updated, the other remaining 3 items or girls r still missing, i have been updated with only 1 item till now, so kindly look into it & respond back this is what i had written in Support Ticket ID - 1209 in settings, for which i got the response after 4 days from @Kaos as Hello,Thank you for contacting Hentai Heroes customer support.After investigation, our database states that you received the items.Kind regards, r u really kidding me...... is this how u do investigation without showing anything, for all i know u might urself be manipulating with the database to dupe us.....to spend kobans without any benefits........ i have added another reply in this same ticket as.... does ur database show that i sold any such items, i got them at level 186, & in the market it shows only 1 item of level 186, remaining 3 r missing coz i didn't sell them, either u guys don't wanna accept ur/the game's interface mistake or u guys doing it purposely i don't know for what reasonsTHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !now don't tell me u don't have my selling database coz that would really piss me off & m never gonna play pachinko again, coz from my point of view its a hoax to deliberately to make us spend kobans for no useeither u find a way to give me those items or show me where those items exactly are so that i could use them for my reasonsi'm telling u again n again i haven't received those items except for one, which i have still kept, at level 186, & i didn't sell any items related to level 186.........Kindly look into it plz !!!! so if mr./ms. @Kaos consider himself capable enough then he should find a solution to this situation ASAP, otherwise someone higher up or more capable person should handle this & find a solution to this ASAP, someone like mr./ms. @Kinkoid or if not him the various people he/she has hired to rectify and correct such situations ASAP, unless @Kaos & @Kinkoid r the same person, then every1's getting duped who have such issues............ u see i don't have fun in saying such things coz i don't think any1 is foolish enough to spend so much time & have patience to put an effort to gather so much kobans in order to use them in one go & get nothing out of it, do u think 'us(especially normal non-paying players) spending so much time by really appreciating,indulging in ur works & having fun with it, trying to find ways to save kobans & STRATEGIZING where & when to use them, & ultimately finding out that it was of no use, even the support people r not supportive..... DO U REALLY THINK ALL OF THIS AS A JOKE or do u think when we ask for ur help that we r hoaxing u - i mean REALLY?!!, of all PERVERTED THINGS i'm interested in, i will be more interested in creating such dumb-lame situations & ask for such dumb questions....... u guys should urself think we as players don't have time for such things !!! m gonna repeat again - I HAVEN'T SOLD THE REMAINING 3 ITEMS OUT OF 4, I DID RECEIVE 4 ITEMS AT THE EVENT PACHINKO PAGE, BUT ONLY 1 ITEM APPEARED IN THE MARKET SECTION, I EVEN CHECKED THE AVATAR SECTION & I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY NEW AVATARS OR THEMES OR CHARACTER so this is a KIND REQUEST TO U ALL TO LOOK INTO THIS ASAP & RECTIFY IT ASAP NO MATTER WHATSOEVER DATABASES U HAVE TO LOOK INTO......find a way !!!
  10. Bonjour, J'ai envoyé 2 messages au support "hentaiheroes" signalant un problème du payement dont je n'ai toujours eu aucune réponse. J'ai donc décider de crée un topic pour peut être avoir une réponse plus rapide. J'ai été débiter de mon argent et pourtant je ne reçois aucun des bénéfices de l'abonnement mensuel ... Je ne comprends pas ce qui se passe et je n'ai aucune réponse mais cela fait maintenant 2 semaines que je paye des kobans pour récolter l'argent de mon harem alors que je ne devrais pas ! Et je ne reçois pas non plus 60 kobans journalier promis pour un abonnement ... J'espère que ce message trouvera une réponse très prochainement. Bonne journée a tous.
  11. Hey Guys First of all sorry if there`s already a simiular thread(Since I couldn`t find one I decided to open one). So as you may already see I`m not able to buy the monthly card anymore (since August). After checking the typical things like my data and the balance I decided to go to my bank and look if somethings with my card is wrong. Long story short, the card worked perfectly fine. HH was(and still is) the only website it didn`t works on. So the next step was obviously contacting the support. 10 Days ago I decided to conntect them and wrote them this: "Unfortunately I´m not able to buy the monthly card (since my last one expired). When trying to purchase it using a credit card, I am unable to change the type of card from the 4 given options (Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card & Maestro), I don't know if that´s a problem within itself but either way when i enter in my correct card details it first proceeds and then displays that my card was declined. I´ve tried using the same card on other websites and it´s working perfectly there. This problems seems to appear only on HH. I hope that you guys may help me with this problem.." One day later I´ve received an email back where they ask for my acc infos. Another 2 days passed and I´ve received an email again: "After check your account, we see your trials for pay the monthly card, but the payments are not accepted. Please, could you try to check this with your bank? ,Kind regards," I wrote again an email, explaining that I already did that: "I already did that several times. The card is now working on every website except HH, that`s the reason why I´m writting to you. I wouldn't have contacted the support if I hadn't excluded everything else.I still hope you can help me with that. Kind Regards," And now after a good week of waiting I still haven`t received an answer ... since I don`t know if the think I´m joking or just ignoring me, I really hope somebody can help me with my problem ...

Steps to reproduce Go into an adventure and select a location Go to battle the person there Select start battle Once the battle has begun Click on the "plus" icon on the fist (or out of energy) This shows a refill value of NaN (or not a number). If you click the refill, when you have enough kobans then the program will accept this value. When you accept then it will continue to decrease, even past negative numbers, indefinitely (or until the max bit depth has been reached, I didn't stick around long enough check).
  13. about 5 minutes ago i bought a epic pachinko game because i wanted another legendary and girl, so i played it and it only gave me a legendary pant. I did not get a new girl. i dont know if this is supposed to happen but can someone respond back, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm Captain C, and for those who completed the timed activities required, get to unlock the reward of a new girl in your harem- should know that you received that character upon completion or the minimum amount required which is about 12 days which I managed to just do. However, I did not receive a Harlem girl at all. After spending hours of my time, aiming to achieve the expected reward by the end of the date to not get anything, despite completing the other challenges in the activities relating to this event. I am a little disappointed about this result and was hoping if someone could help with the situation. I do enjoy playing this game on a regular basis, and consider the effort is flawlessly brilliant. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it and I am willing to contribute to this further. Regards, Captain C.

  16. Hi there, I'm quite new here, but have to ask, if there is any chance I can change the e-mail address linked to my account. When trying to do so I got several errors. First one when trying to do it like: Click on my Name in the top right corner of the Forum - > Settings -> Account Settings and on this page clicking on Edit Profile it told me: You have no right to edit this page, what made me ask myself who had thte right if I don't Second try was clicking on the Account Settings Page on the Button EMail Address what seemed quite legit to me but only got me to the in-game Setting where I can change the Password, Language and Sound-Option for the game, but not my Email. So if you have a clue where I have to look to change my Email or know that there is no way to d so please help me. Thanks
