Hi to yah'll I'm not sure where this fits but i need to vent abit cus i think there's not happending enough or theres some incompetent support team. Don't know if it is just me. but seens the switch that HH have taken by switching bank i have not been able to pay for an golden monthly card as it gives some nice benefits I made the first ticket to the support team and it was just a few days after there have switched and we was not told about it.. The first ticket was dissmissed as an user error and i was told to wait 7 days. So i did. I made an new attempt and guess what. Same thing. Made a ticket and that have gone on for 131 days. Yes it's been that long. If this was an company there will have been bankruped by now.. But there are still going. So some are able to make payments. I like to ask Who and what is going on. Can we get some Details? (Of whats been done, who have been contacted, how far alone are we?) Are there even working with NETS to get it fixed? (Atleast where i live. Nets pop's up to make verifications) Are thoes how are not able to make payments been abandon and miss lead. (It fell like it imo.)

I had tried to pay for either season pass or different special offers, but it keeps rejecting my debit card. Tried to use another (credit) card, and it tells the exact same message. However, when i tried to pay for a monthly card (since you put card info directly in there), and it accepted the payment without anny issue. Contacted support countless times, and they always tell me it must be a problem from my side (even though the monthly payment whent smoothly). Anyone else going through the same? And if yes, know how to solve it?

Is anyone else having an issue making a purchase on the site? I have tried for over a week and no luck. Spoke to my bank and it's not on their end. They even see where I've tried to make a purchase

i dont have a credit card and i dont want one , can you for dutch customers have ideal as payment option or bank transfer??

I'm using a card connected to the bellina system (Bancontact), so I should have to insert an extra number compared to the usual and my card has no CVV With the old card interface I had no problem, put all my data (except the CVV that I don't have), it sent me to the interface of my bank (3D secure) where I could use my codes to authorize the payment, then it sent me back to the HH page, that's it, all done, everything went smoothly With the new interface I'm no longer able to insert the last number of my card and so when it tries to redirect me to my bank's interface it just send me back to HH right away and the message "An error occurred while processing the card" appears

Hi guys, i really like Hentai Heroes and appreciate your work. I want to support the game by spending some money, and i am most interested in the monthly cards. But it is a pity, that i can't pay with paysafecard. (I do not want to use a credit card for personal reasons 😉 ) So my suggestion: Please enable paysafecard as payment method for the monthly card (in Germany). Better: Since you can buy paysafecard in values of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 und 100 EUR, it would be a perfect fit, if you can buy more than one month for one of these values. For example: 5-month-monthly card for 15 €. I would definetly buy it. Sincerely, This One Guy

I understand that creators would like to get paid, However I will not put my credit card information on line. The price seems to be more than fair for a game of this quality and I would gladly pay a monthly membership. You need to provide an address where a money order or checks can be sent to purchase your upgrades and kobans.
