Orilion Posted January 13, 2020 Share Posted January 13, 2020 Hi I have a problem with the monthly card on nutaku. On sunday january 12th, I tried to extend the monthly card but nothing happened. I reloaded the page and tried again but still nothing. In the end I tried 3 times and I stopped when I realised that the gold was spend everytime... for nothing. Orilion Posted January 20, 2020 Author Share Posted January 20, 2020 Been a week now. No answer from nutaku, neither from kinkoid. I get that identifying and fixing a bug can be hard and takes time. But check if payement has been done and active monthly card manually / give compensation or at the very least acknowleging there's a problem shouldn't tale long. You should at least warn people that there is payement issues ongoing, since apparently I'm not alone in this case. It really sounds like you don't care, after all nothing prevent you from getting the money.
