Like Andrea, after reaching Stage 2280 I received 500 Affection instead of the 4000 Ryos and after reaching Stage 2660, I did indeed receive Keira. This is a first day bug, and easy one to "correct", just giving each player 4k ryos. So there are two options: 1º They do nothing, because they don't care about players missing content due their bugs 2º They are waiting to the event ends, only to give ryos to players who have get the girl.
