The opponent team which is shown is the one at the time of the last snapshot, but when you are fighting someone, you are fighting their "live" team. Example: A specific Sensual (blue) Girl has the trait: Pose Indian Headstand. If you use one bulb at her 3rd Skill, she gain the Bonus of 0,2% and for each other Girl in the Team another 0,2% on top. If you have an exhibittionist Gilr with Silver Hair in your team with the Girl from the example, the exhibitionist Girl will gain her trait Bonus from Silver Hair and the Bonus for the example Girl. If you have an dominatrix Girl with blue eyes, Pose: Indian Headstand and black hair, she will gain no Bonus from the example Girl, but the example Girl get a Bonus from this Girl, because she has the matching trai: Pose. The dominatrix Girl itself would need Girls with blue eyes in the Team to get more than the o,2% Bonus. You can gain up to 7x7 times the Bonus from the 3rd Skill you choose and it's often the best thing you can choose to build a team. But sometimes the Blessings are a little bit weird, so that it's better to choose sometimes a not matching trait, but double blessed Girl for your Team. What I'm missing, and maybe it would help other players to find and understand that information, are some pictures of the traits, for example how to setup a team with matching synergy effect.
