Several have complained about this (myself included). I don't know if anything I did helped (logging out of both, clearing cache, rebooting, making sure they were both white listed in AdBlock and uBlock Origin), but I finally got her after getting about halfway through the third of five quests ("Birth of Rivalry") of World 2.
