Does Mojo and Afection Perks work if the girl ins not in my team?

The Sex Powers that are unlocked with Perk Grade 4 of Bunny, Megami (and others) works even when they are not in my team.

 

Does Mojo and Affection Bonus obtained with Perks still working if the girl ins not in my team?

 

For example: If I unlock Angela Grade 9 Perk (that gives me +10% of Affection on click), or Vaela Grade 9 Perk (that gives me +20% of mojo on reset), and then put them off my team, the bonus still working, like occours with Sex Powers?

Yes. Girls perks are always active. You don't need to keep them in your team. 👍

EDIT: Also fyi, mojo perks stack additively between themselves and with your Mojo Catalyst craft.
