Can't claim any reward from Gaurdian event, icons and images won't load, game hardly play-able!

I filed a support ticket, but it's gone completely ignored. I've completed the entire PoA, and can't claim a single reward. My harem home page doesn't load, most of the other graphics don't load, character icons don't load, prizes and other shop item icons don't load.

Is this a me only problem?

Have you tried clearing cache, disabling all browser complements or using another browser?

Also you could try just using the address www.hentaiheroes.com (without the right part: ?ref_type=crosspromotion ... )
