Most of the tips and tricks from this old HH thread are still relevant, and the promos on CXH work the same. One thing you need to pay attention to is that you can't do for instance iStripper for HH and CXH in one go. You can get the rewards on both games, but you need to actually register a new account after following each game's specific link for that. If your email address is the same on both games, you might want to delete your previous account on the partner site and create another one with the same email address (or change the linked email address from the partner site settings and then create a new account with your HH/CXH email address).
