Click the black diamond on the far left (tier 1) as your diamond the far right is tier 3. Once your first diamond changes to how it is in alchmist's screen. Your boys should return to be winnable. Click your hero picture like this image. which take you to your profile page Click the pencil on the right bottom corner to change your background, your hero's custom, your avatar won from pachinko.
