The code should be valid on every platform (GH.com, Erogames and Nutaku)

Open you game's menu, go to settings and use the "redeem code" on the left. I put a screenshot here in this thread=>

Tell us if you have any troubles in the report section. If you follow these steps, everything should work proprely.
