Making the "Alert" for support clearer

I noticed the green exclamation ! on the triple-bar icon (top right) that opens the menu of all the game sections...  and that screen had the green exclamation on the top right -- not pointing at ANYTHING. (I'd have taken screen shots, but didn't realize it was an issue, exactly, and now it's cleared).

After some poking about, trying to figure out what it was referencing, I checked my Settings/Support page, and sure enough, there was a new message from the support team.

Could we (a) make an entry on the game menu that takes you directly to support (and put the exclamation next to it?) -or- (b) at the least, put the exclamation next to the item that wants attention (like there's almost always an explanation next to my mini-profile-picture, letting me know there are new pics in the profile selection).
