No. You can send a ticket to Support from the game (Main menu -> Settings -> Support -> create a new ticket) but don't hold your breath. And the server has not been down. Please don't make false "bug reports" based on something you only know happened to you. It's much preferable to ASK questions as such. In the section I've moved your post to (QA). Just a guess, but I wouldn't be surprised if you had the 500 error. That doesn't mean the server is down, it means you're temporarily banned from it.
