Question About The Temporary Pop's leveling

It seems that is never too late to ask ad learn :) despite i consider myself a veteran of this game i have a doubt now about the temporary Pops.

Some days ago i finally managed to level up at 490 and here i was very happy because, according to the wiki, my places of powers should have leveled up too. Here the tab from the wiki:

Thing is that they did not level up unfortunately. Here my screenshot: 

Firstly i thought: "well they are still running, so probably they are going to level up once they are over" but that did not happen (the screenshot shows them running but that is actually a 3rd run from the level up at 490, it is mostly to show that i'm at that level and that they are still at 14).

Now, sorry for the super long details, i would like to know if:

1. The wiki is wrong and they actually level up at lv....
2. The wiki is right but I have to wait a full reset, they are going to change with the level 15 after the big timer of 7 days (meaning still 4 days of waiting T.T)
3. I have occurred into a bug and i should write to the support

At this point i believe is number 2 the right one, but i would like to be sure, this is why i ask :)

Your assumption is correct, the PoPs only reset after the 7 days are over.
