If you are beyond player-level 450 an epic item will get you more than 900.000. With the three permanent PoPs at level 9 you get ca. 9 GPx10 per day. You can expect 5 equipment per GPx10 and most of them are epic. With 45 equipment per day to sell you will have the needed amount of Yumen in 3 days relativ sure. The other Yumen income from Harem, Daily Goals, PoV and Champions not counted. That is more than enough to clear the market every 6h and their are Yumen left after this.
