Website is down with error 500, and I cant claim my season rewards that I was saving now Probably wont be able to (judging by previous times when same thing happened)

Error 500 is commonplace. Website was actually up but your IP was under a ban temporarily.

And just a reminder that monthly cards can give you those season rewards back.

What do you mean by commonplace? I get "forbidden" errors quite often lately, when trying to upgrade girls, or "errors with processing request", but they usually happen on HH website, and I fix it by reloading the page. Last time I saw 500 like that was when devs "dropped" the website with new update
Rewarding them with 2$ for messing up my ability to collect rewards is kind of silly 😄 Unless I actually got banned for refreshing non stop(which I did, in which case I expect 403 and not 500), and for some reason my cxh doesnt work, while hh does 🤔

"Forbidden" is a different issue. I does seem to occur more often these days. And I never got "errors with processing request" on desktop - only on mobile.

Both seem to be related to connectivity. Like server receives a request from you to upgrade a girl before it receives last gift offering. It responds with no-can-do and thus you see "forbidden". Pacing you clicks and taps might help.

And error 500 happens when server gets too many requests from you in short amounts of time. It's not unusual in case of bad connectivity - you think you clicked it one by one in an orderly manner, while after a hiccup in connection server get a small avalanche of queued up requests from you at the same time and times you out.

Sorry for off-topic, but yeah, it seems you are correct, I got in the loop as well. What a weird and unintuitive status code to display that you made too many requests
