descawer2 Posted July 11, 2022 Share Posted July 11, 2022 I have searched in the forum and I didn't find this issue, if this post is against the rules, I will apreciate being told how to open a ticket support instead being banned for a week. The game keeps telling me to validate the email, thing that I already did, when I try to validate again, it says that my email is already validated. This means that I can't open the support service, because my account isn't validated, and I can't get the purchasing bonus because the account needs to be validated. This is not a bug you're reporting though, but an issue you're experiencing and need assistance for. I've moved it to the relevant section for this (and any question you might have about the game): QA Questions & Answers. This is taken from another thread where someone was unable to validate their email, but the same steps should fix your issue too: On 5/18/2022 at 1:32 PM, DvDivXXX said: Yep, you can't send a ticket for this issue, because this issue prevents you from sending a ticket (Catch 22). The workaround that I typically advise is: Change your email to another (real) one that you control Validate that one (fingers crossed it works this time, but more often than not it does) Change your email back to your usual one if you want (you won't be asked to validate again) Let us know if this works for you. Since the system doesn't recognize your address as validated, it should let you validate another one after you change the linked email address.
