Please help me. I can't find the active thread right now, but plenty of mobile users have experienced the same issue in the relatively recent past. First of all, log out of PSH and close it. Empty your cache/data/cookies. If you play HH using the standalone mobile app (as seems to be the case based on your screenshot), then open that and you should be fine. If not, then open your preferred supported browser on your device (Chrome or FireFox are recommended) and go to the game's address to access it there instead. It works fine on mobile too (even better than the app according to many users). Log back in if needed and you should be fine. Actually, maybe try accessing the game on a browser instead of the app, or on another (supported) browser before going through the steps above. If you can access it but would still prefer using the app, then send a Support ticket from there while you're at it. Main Menu -> Settings -> Support -> Create a new ticket. Provide your screenshots and as many relevant details as needed to describe your issue: what happens, when, how, for how long or how often, etc. (and also what device you play on, what browser etc.). PrinceDesu Posted July 28, 2022 Share Posted July 28, 2022 Im having a problem since yesterday, I'm having a hard time to open the game, I atleast try to open it several times like 30 times and it still not opening both HH and CH, then I got lucky because it opened finally but the activities stays like this for 30 mins.
