I have an Excel file with many spreadsheets about my girls in HentaiHeroes.

The main one is a list of all my haremettes with their attributes and stats and more information. Others are statistic pages and auxiliary tables.

Over the time I'm improving and extending this file due to game changes and my player experience.

Here I want to show you, how my statistic table looks like at the moment:
You can see the distribution of my girls according to elements (with bar chart), level cap (here I also show how many girls are or are not at their level cap), rarity (also with bar chart), max-stars (also how many girls are maxed out or not), rarity and max-stars combined - including the average level, thanks @Ravi-Sama for the inspiration - and class (with pie chart - @EpicBacon, maybe you like it 😊).

Sorry, it's all German, I hope you understand anyway from similar words and colours, but if anything is unclear and you are interested, please ask.

As I can sort and filter my haremettes' list by different arguments (using autofilter) and can also try out different things, I have made following lists:
(They are just part of the whole list, where I hid many of the columns and maybe lines - sorted by the girls' strength according to the blessings of this week or of next week.)

Here you can see my strongest girls this week:

 

Therefore my team of my 7 strongest girls this week looks like this (Nofretatze=Neferkitty):

But if I could awaken and level up Alluza to Level 700 (which is not very likely this week), then it would look like this:
(It wouldn't increase my total power all to much. And for pantheon it's still not enough.)

Here I sorted my girls by next week's blessings (of course, that's only the beginning of the list):

 

So my team of my 7 strongest girls for next week would look like this (Stier=Taurus):

 

It seems, that making those lists and extending my excel file again and again (and learning new functions there, as my Excel knowledge is/was not that big) is part of the game playing fun for me. 😉😊

Very nice!  I was thinking about updating mine too.  The one I made using your template, from the LAA thread.  I wanted to figure out my avg level per element & pose, to see where they might be lacking.  If I make it, I'll share it here.  Nice pie and bar charts!

This is a quick screenshot of my top girls this week.  It's not the cleanest looking spreadsheet, b/c I use it to see all of their attributes, and stats, but I'm used to it.  Soon, I'll have to update their max levels to 750, after I unlock that level cap.  The girls in Pink are maxed, and the girls in Orange are awakened, and can reach level 700.  It's missing ~20 girls, b/c I recruited that many since I last updated it, at the end of the PoA.

Thanks, @Ravi-Sama, very interesting to see your charts and statistics!
(Though only a bit too colorful for me, but that's just a matter of personal taste. 😉)

But I understand, how you highlight the girls, that are not maxed out, and the ones to be levelled up.

In my original spreadsheet I have also columns for "money for max-stars" and "affection for max-stars", so that I can see which ones are to be maxed out and what's the sum of money (and affection) needed for all of them (as I would need to spend about 110,000,000 for PoA for example).

And concerning level there are the columns "Level", "Level cap", "XP for reaching the level cap", "Gems for next level cap" and "XP for next level cap".
In the latter two I put only values, if I want to awaken this girl further - for now only 5-star-girls (and maybe L3-girls with max base stat sum 10.0), that are not yet at level 700.

So with filtering those certain columns to show only not-empty lines, I can easily see, which girls are to be awakened next - or to be levelled up or maxed out - and what I need for that.

Here you can see the whole list (its four pages horizontally), but only for my last 60 girls, so you get an idea.

Of course, many of the columns were only important for me in the past, when I learned to know how the formulas for the stats work, and some are only historically insteresting (old blessings).
But when I work with it or print respectively screenshot something, then I hide many of them.
And I use sorting and filtering (autofilter for every column) a lot.

Edit: Okay, I can see, that my charts are also quite colorful, I only try to use different, lighter and not so flashy colors. 😆

and here I am .. totally relying on numbers script .. do you guys edit those  excels manually or is there some form of script you guys use for that..because I can only imagine how long the manual editing would need ^^

What concerns me - I don't use a script for that - wouldn't even know how to do that - so, yes, manually.

Every time I get a new girl, I add only one line with her number of recruition, name, rarity, max-stars, current stars (0), money and affection for max-stars I can get from the auxiliary table "upgrade cost for stars", class, current level (1), level cap, XP needed for current level cap (shown by Tom208's script), gems and XP needed for the next level cap from the auxiliary tables "Awakening - gems" and "XP for 50 levels" (only for girls not yet at level 700, that are worth to be awakened further), element, favourite position, income, from where I got her, from where exactly, hair color 1 and 2, eye color 1 and 2, zodiac sign) and base stats.
(And I can copy the formatting and other things from other girls.)

All other numbers in the list - stats with current level and stars, without blessings and with blessings this and next week, ... - and all of the statistic page are computed by Excel-functions.

Also when I do upgradings, awakenings and uplevellings I edit my list, but it's not that much.
When I play the game, my Excel file is open all the time, so I can see all relevant information and update, what is necessary.

I'm also totally relying on Tom208's script, as well as appreciating zoopokemon's spreadsheet.
(When I extended my file, I always checked my numbers with the harem stats of the script, to be sure not to make mistakes.)

The advantage of my own list is just, that it contains only my haremettes at their specific level and stars, and that I can do "Planspiele" (wargames? - didn't find another translation).

Also for example when I look, which girls to awaken, I filter only one element, sort by this or next week's blessings (or by unblessed stats), maybe filter by "girls worth to be awakened" ("gems needed for next level cap" is not empty), so it helps me to decide, where to use which gems...
It's also easy to find the girls, that are not on their level cap, for a girls XP contest, for instance, and know exactly how much XP points I could get and so on.

I appreciate all the help of the script, the possibilities to filter and sort - by the game or by the script - but nowhere you can sort by next week's blessings.
And when on Monday we know the blessings for next week, then I know better for Tuesday which girls to awaken.

Only zoopokemon's spreadsheet shows that, but not for my girls at their specific levels.

When there are new blessings, I have to add some columns, but this is not so much - just copying and adapting the headers and the functions.

So I use all of this very thankfully and have some nostalgic fun dealing with Excel-functions and other stuff.

Edit: Of course, when there are big game changes - like B.D.S.M. or blessings - or when I decide to change some things completely (as I did for blessings some weeks ago, so that I can sort the whole list by blessed stats), then it takes quite a lot of time to adapt my file.
And when blessings were introduced, I remember, that adding all the attributes was tedious, but then I didn't have so many girls either.

I try to update it once a week, after I learn what new blessings are.  Updating it is manual, but it's mostly just copy/pasting other entries, while looking up girl's info.  Sometimes, I don't update it for longer, like now, since I'll do it after gaining 20+ girls.  I wouldn't max new girls anyway, so it wouldn't change anything.  Updating blessings are even easier.  I just erase the old multipliers, sort the girls by their attributes, and paste the new multipliers.  The thing that takes the most time is inputting the base stats, but I wait for the wiki to get updated, and then just input the total lvl 1 base stats.  I can figure out their base stats myself.  I used to edit the wiki, inputting new girl's stats.  Once you have the base stats, you can figure out the rest, since it's all just added, and multiplied together. 

(Lvl 1 Base Total at Max Stars) * (Level) = (Total Power) * (Blessing 1) * (Blessing 2) = (Blessed Potential)

It helps keep track of where I should spend gems, and the potential of girls I haven't yet upgraded.  Also, how many more girls, and which ones in particular to max out, for unlocking the lvl 750 awakening.  You can't really see that stuff in-game.  Try imagining which girl you should max out based on a random blessing, w/o knowing their base stats, attributes, and potential.  Zoo's "HH: Girl Data" is nice for when I try to find old blessings, or to see the max total power during a certain week, to help judge whether I'll be at a disadvantage in leagues, or not.  I'd have to somehow filter out girls I don't have, if I had no choice, but to only use Zoo's sheet.  My sheet, just like Might Thor's, is specialized to my own harem, so it helps see the next week's potential teams faster.

Meanwhile I changed a few things on my statistic page, made an English version
and added the sums from the main table to show all important informations on the same page.

Time for an update, I think! 😉😊

I'm at player level 471 at the moment (soon 472) and have 715 girls in my harem, 14 of them are at level 750.

Only 14 girls are at level 1 and 10 of them without stars 14 girls are without stars and 10 of them are at level 1, all others are uplevelled to their level cap and fully upgraded with stars.

I think, it's time for an update again. 😉😊

On "Awakening-Tuesday" I used quite a few gems, and today I levelled up many girls for the daily contest.

Also I upgraded most of my girls - for PoA-spend-money-tasks and afterwards.

Now I have kept only the last seven 1-star-girls at level 1 and without stars - my defense team for seasons. 😉
All others are fully upgraded in stars and uplevelled to their level cap.

Usually I would keep a few more unupgraded and unuplevelled - for daily goals - but tomorrow I will have to claim the two PoA-girls anyway.
 

At the moment I'm at player level 476 and have 739 girls in my harem.
38 girls are at level 750: 2 mythic girls, 16 L5s, 1 E5, 5 R5s and 14 C5s.
