What's guaranteed and set in stone (after community uproar back when they introduced mythic items) is that there's one, and only one, mythic item in every refresh of the Books and Gifts tabs. Boosters can and do a vary a whole lot either way: This isn't anything to do with the Market rework as far as I'm aware, either. It has been like that for ages. And it's absolutely fine too, because every item in the Boosters tab costs kobans anyway. The issue was for the other tabs where non-mythics only cost Ymens.
