Decreased winnings

Every time there is a major update, I note that the game becomes more "expensive" to play. This time, winnings have been reduced in the Cumback Contest. I also note that the costs of buying books and gifts in the market has increased. Not sure how updates of this game actually improves user experience.

Cumback contest rewards have not changed, what you're seeing is a visual bug. When you collect the rewards and check your inventory the correct items will have been given to you.

Edit: Just to add to this books and gift costs have not gone up they are the same cost they've always been. Gifts cost 417 per affection given and books 200 per XP given. What has changed is instead of getting 8 items(1 always a mythic) every 6 hours we now get 9 items(1 always mythic) every 6 hours. The cost of buying out the market has gone up but you're not spending any more money per XP/affection than you were before. All this does is let us obtain more resources.
