Awakening by gems bug

Hello,

I already have enough max girls to awaken for free the lvl capped girls, but in some cases i cant awaken them, i think because i also have enough gems to awaken them. 

So now i have some girls at lvl.350 capped, others at 250,300...

IMO this two possibilities of awakening girls creates a bug and that means i cant awaken girls which suffer that double possibility case, pls let me know if there is any problem or if it has any solution.

Free awakenings only go up to level 250. After that, you need gems to pass the next cap every 50 levels. Requirements and all other pieces of info you need to make sense of this are readily available in this here sub-forum if you take the time to search and read (start with the biggest stickies, like the FAQ and Performance Handbook).

If you're actually experiencing a tech issue, please be more specific and precise, provide screenshots and more detailed info on what seems to be a problem for you exactly. Failing that, we can't advise you further.

Should you actually have a tech issue, then I'd recommend sending an in-game ticket to Support with all of the details and screenshots and CLEAR questions or requests for assistance. But nothing seems to indicate that from your initial post.
