freezes and delays in screen change

Hi,

I don't know if it is just me, but i doubt it.

When i try to go to league, to activities, or any section (even the main page), sometime the game freeze for a few seconds, or even dont loag the page and make you to reload it.

I just tryed to do Places of Power a few minutes ago and, with the freezes, the not charge page and reload it, even reloading dont charge the page, what usualy is less than 2 minutes, you see:

 

 

i tried with pc, when it freeze, i tried with mobile, and.... in both (pc and cell phone) the same.

For me, this is happening since the begining of the month +- i think

I dont know if this is a way to make people download and install the program, but this is unplayable.

this dont occur everytime, there are hours that the game go nice and soft as it was before.

Please, i would ask to do something about this. I started this game as a web game, and if it will not longer will be a game you can play on web, i will have to end with it

As you play the game it takes more memory in your browser, making it sluggish, just closing the tab and opening it again make wonders for me.

clean cache already tryed, of course close and reopen the browser, and the same happen in 2 diferent devices

Since today I am also experiencing your freezes, it is not that the game is slower, but it just stops for a few seconds when I perform a battle.

I'm also getting this. I freeze any time I go to Leauge. Sometimes it loads after a minute or two, other times it crashes my entire browser.

I had the same problem. The reason was an antivirus with Internet protection enabled. Adding the site to the scan exceptions and to trusted web addresses helped (I don't remember what exactly, but I left both exceptions to be sure)

The same here too. I have sometime long load times for exapmle when I try to mopen thge market or I will go back to main page. When I will go to the main page I have very long load time. And when i hit t he button top left for main page or so I get a white page and the word "forbidden". So I need to reload the site again.

 

I think the problem has to do with the big amount of girls in the game.

 

When I wanted to change the Girls for the fighting group then the browser is so slow, that it even stops other tabs in the same browser season.

Looks like the developers don't want to cause any performance issues.

There are no changes to the performance problems.

I've been having the same problem now for a few weeks, tried clearing cache, cookies, etc. Tried 3 different browsers. Nothing seems to fix it.

Freezes are getting more and more nasty. It affects a lot PoPs, Leagues, Home screen. I'm especially surprised about the Home screen. I believe the reason in the size of Character pool. It's already more than 2000 characters so especially when they are loaded in PoPs I may get that it takes a bit of time, but then at least renewing teams in all PoP should be free of charge at least for Gold card members. But it's bad coding in general in the core. But seriously. What could cause the delay in the home screen? I believe developers and planners have put too much features while missing many from community scripts but have not thought how actually heavy the game becomes. And that really makes me wonder some days why am I still playing it if I spends minutes just waiting for something through the day.

The salary of each girl you possess and when it will be paid is put in the home page for the claim salary button.

So that means it's computed on the server side and that's one of the reason it's slow (probably not the only one).

Oh good point @mdnoria, as i'm not checking it on mobile that much I forgot about it. So yes. That feature again loads through my whole 2000 character list and more I get characters more it slows down.as much as the feature may be useful the UX is ruined.

This has been a huge problem for a while and I would love to see performance become a focus over new features. A few notable issues related to the site being slow:

- If you navigate to the leagues and click perform too quickly, you will get a popup that says unauthorized, refreshing

- If you navigate too quickly, or while it's already navigating (which it isn't always apparent) you will get a 403 forbidden error

Those two bugs are by far the most annoying. In addition, these UI surfaces are extremely slow for no reason:

- Collecting PoP

- Collecting daily chests

- Drafting girls for champions

 

I'm on a symmetrical gigabit fiber connection, Chrome, Windows 11, 9800x3d 64gb RAM. My setup is not the problem. Every time I've reported to support they've told me to clear cache. That doesn't work because it's the server that's slow to respond and that is too aggressive with 403 throttling.

I have similar specs and the slowness problem lies with each feature that loads the player harem :

• Home screen for girls salary as I already told above
• PoPs girls
• Changing champion teams
• Editing teams (PvE, PvP, Penta Drill) or waifu for home screen
  • at least for laby they "solved" it by asking you to only saw all your harem only once at the start and after you only have 280 girls maximum for the run so it's smoother

They changed the harem a while back to have fluent pagination for the same reason and now it's not so bad since it won't load the full harem but only a subset per page.

So everything is nice and fast with a small harem but it's slower as it grows.

Yeah that makes sense to me, for some reason the champions one is by far the slowest. I wish they would acknowledge this issue and try to fix it. I understand that these aren't easy things to fix, but it feels bad that the longer you play the game (and potentially the more you spend) the more your game slows down. I care about performance more than I care about the world boss or new features. The game takes a really long time to play with the performance issues.
