jelom Posted July 16, 2025 Share Posted July 16, 2025 I claimed the contest showing only shards for the first place as in my previous post, and my 5-15th position gave me 50 shards of the girl, but they didn't convert in skin shards, and as I had the girl they where lost, I am more confused than before ... After a lot of back and forth with the support they admitted to the problem and granted me 1 of the skins (why 1 I dont know).
