Mythical book up to level 350

I searched the forums, but I couldn't find any comprehensive information. A question about a book that says in the description that it can be used to level up a girl to level 350. But it doesn't say which girl (mythical, legendary, etc.)? From what level can I use this book, from 1 or from any other, but not higher than 350? Do I need to use crystals together with this book when moving from 250 and from 300? Does using this book give any points in competitions, for example, in a competition for spending on experience for girls? I would like to use such a valuable and rarely available resource with the greatest efficiency. Thank you in advance for your constructive response.

lvl 0 to 350 instantly just with the book ...no other gxp or gems required ...you can prolly use it even on lvl 349 ... which you hopefully never will though.. can´t really say how it works for contests... iirc you  should get the normal points for contests too but I´d have to check that ..maybe someone did try today and can help you with that

The "used Gems" don't count for CbC Day2.

In Girls-XP Contests count the GXP and if Girls lvls give points too, the aditional lvls count.

It's mostly only meaningfull to use the Spell Book at Mythics. Only if you have to much of them (in my eyes: 10 and more Books storaged and the next batch from Event Rewards is to expect in the nearer future) it's acceptable to use sometimes one at a 5* Legendary. For all other Girls it's a waste.
