jpanda Posted May 24 Share Posted May 24 (edited) Since the advent of the gems system after rushing to the final tier, I realized I did not like the fact that Seasons gave XP and there was no incentive to have my girls topped at level 750 (aside from competitiveness in PVP which I do not care about). In other words, I did not like the fact that I could get something from the game and I wasn't. So to sate that sour feeling, I levelled my girls to 701 and then created a convulded system of getting them higher very slowly knowing they'd eventually hit max but it'd be a while. Introduce the Penta Drill system which was perfect for me in a way since it was an even faster way to level my "701s" beyond seasons or my slow system (saving myself more books for 1-700). In (comparitively) no time, I had my first 750 (yes after all these years) and now dozens. With Penta Drill, I stopped paying as much attention to my seasons teams, sating myself that I'd get xp from Penta Drill, likely XP to the same girls since the strengths from blessings were likely to bring the same girls to the top. However of note, this season (early this week) marked the first time I had a seasons team I got 0xp from when I won a battle. I had no idea what that looked like and frankly I think it looks a smidge lonely with just season points gained and a single gem Coincidentally, today, the first 5* girl I got to my harem also hit 750 (from Penta Drill, not seasons). I suspect these are weird milestones to any player but they really mark IMO a turning point in my game. Given that I am now levelling faster than I am raising girls to 700, I suspect I'll have another crossroads playstyle decision soon but will cross that bridge when it comes. Game on! Every 100 girls milestone I was checking the amount of affection points I'm missing to see if I'm catching up in any way and whatever I did, every time I was missing more and more affection to max out all the girls. I haven't decided what I'm going to do there...I suspect I won't be able to win with 3* groups so may need to mix in maxed 5* or mythics. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yup, I've already maxed the affection of all 6 and 5* and I'm slowly going through my 3*. mdnoria Posted June 16 Share Posted June 16 (edited) I'm leveling all girls at the same time, only choosing the weakest opponents. Every time I have less than 35 girls on the reward screen, I'm changing my teams so I'm back at 35 girls benefiting from it. It gives less XP/Aff per fight per girl but since everyone is getting it, it's worth it (most of the time, I can guarantee a perfect win against the 210 XP/Aff opponents, and I can guarantee a perfect win against some 225 XP/Aff opponents).
