Plan: Hmm, so no real active contender except for maybe Fran, assuming he's back to competing  seriously again. It seems likely given his good updated Phase 1 team. Still, it's not a duel I can't win even if he's interested. So I should play for the win, while still trying to be economical for now. At bare minimum, this is a fairly safe top 4. Great!
Side notes: Two former clubmates, but neither are threats to me. Wis could go for a top 4 maybe, but I think he's in a top 15 and chill mode by default, and I'm fairly sure Dany is too (maybe even top 30 and chill given his stats). Also Rylarth is making quite the early rush hitting the ground running, here. I'm guessing this is a mixture of wanting to grab shards for KC and him also noticing the many freebies up for grabs on this initial afternoon. Hmm. Yeah, I should follow suit. ^^

Well, I took my shot and I missed the mark, if not by a lot. "Top 2" lol ^^. My predictions were close to perfect precognition, as Rarum says: Fran's decent #4 shows he's likely back indeed, Rylarth did hang in there and made a solid #3 finish, while Petr proved to perform a bit better than I had hoped (then again, I only assessed him from his profile, team and stats, I don't remember facing him before). Congrats to him for the win, welcome back to Fran, and shout out to @Rylarth for making this top 4!

As for me, well obviously my profit margin isn't great (I did budget for a potential win), but it's not a big fail either. Still making a profit. Better luck next time, hopefully. ^^

PS: @bolitho76 compassion for your close #2. Still a good top 4, and I must say I'm pleasantly surprised and glad for @_shal_ he's back to being an active threat in the new meta (although the meta is just about to shake its booty quite a bit for all of us as I'm typing this with the new mythic gear ^^).

Week #7 in D3:

This time I finished at rank 38.

(5451 points, 17.81 average, 239 victories, 67 defeats, 102 opponents)

Again I missed some natural regeneration - especially in the beginning, but this time I waited with refills.

On the 4th day I put on 3 cordyceps (else 1 cordy + 2 gin), because I wanted to see how pantheon (temple 1500) looks like before and after blessings' change - still no chance there anyways, at least not before I unlock level 750 have more girls at level 750.

After blessings' change and before my boosters ran out, I spent some kobans on refills (not more than I missed out on time - 25 tokens), because several players hadn't changed their teams according to the new blessings yet, and so I could make some good points then.

But in the end it wasn't enough for top 30 anyways.

On Tuesday I could finally awaken my 100th girl to 700 and unlock girls' level cap to 750.
So far I have only 3 C5-girls at level 750 as I'm very short on gems.

At the moment there is quite a lot going on in my real life, that keeps me occupied, especially in the family, where my help is needed - often short-termed, unpredictable and unplannable.

So I can't plan too much in the game, as I often don't know, when I will have time again, and I don't take part in too time-intensive events or actions.

Therefore I often miss out on natural regeneration (and also because sometimes, when I would have time for the game, I fall asleep too early because I'm exhausted) and spend kobans here and there (also waste quite a few sometimes to save some time) and thus can't play the game optimally at all.

Finished with another Top 4. I guess my screen shows the end result (taken maybe 5minutes before reset?), but I'm not quite sure. Also I didn't pay attention on the result popup if it was really second place for me. However it is not that important. A Top 4 is great. I took it easy this week. No AMEs, no intensive use of cordys and no "strategic" refills. But I had some small hopes that this could be even enough for another victory. It was close during the week. My rivals were early, I guess they used their fights for KC. At least Pyth had a better team. Nevertheless I focused on season this week, because it was a late start for me with it. I like the change to one KC per month, but it surprised me. So I used my storage from last month with last Thursday and therefore no AME was possible for me (I don't accept to waste it for season fights).

Maybe it was my last chance for a victory for quite some time now. I expect that #1 will become whales territory now with the introduction of mythic equipment. Maybe I have some luck with a good bracket here and there, but a F2P player just needs some time to catch up with the equipment (I see a bundle with 15 mythic items - how long do I need to get that while others just use their credit card?).

In the end, I miss the 1st place by 4 points but it was a truly pleasant contest with @Testiclese. Congrats to him. 🥳

Got my 3rd top 4, right before mythic gear was added.  This time, I had a 141 point gap ahead of 5th place, so I don't think it was just luck, or a fluke.  I used the same strategy, boosters, and refills as last week.  Fought high ranking un-boosted players in the first half, w/ just 3 gins.  Then, switched to 3 cords for the 2nd half, and an AME for the last 100 fights.  Used ~3 refills after blessings changed.  Saved my last 15 fights for the final 10 min, & caught the last 2/5 players un-boosted.  I rose from 7th to 2nd, and dropped to 4th at the end.  If I didn't wake up in time, I probably would've finished 7th or below.  Spent 999 kos on an AME and 3 refills, for another ~3.8k kos profit.  Pretty lucrative couple of weeks for me (two 4ths in a row).  I can afford another mythic girl already.

On a side note, I finished 1st on the test server in Wanker I, lol.  I've been trying to get to lvl 200 there, to test out mythic gear, but that was added to the main game already.  Jumped from lvl 100-166 there, in about a week.

I'm gonna have at least a 200k TP team next week, so I'll definitely save refills for the 2nd half.  I'll purposely lag ~30-45 fights behind, since I'll probably use 3 refills w/ the stronger team.

Not a bad week point wise, but many people were better than me.

If you remember my older posts, you know I adapt slowly to the changes in the battle system, so expect some weeks of me adapting to the Mythic Equipment.

This weeks leagues was huge with 103 players and a average level of 498! I had one of my better weeks despite less than optimum teams (there are not enough gems to have the best every single week, unless you are a wealthy whale). Anyway, @gogeta was always going to take first in my mind (my goal was to catch him unboosted and get 3 wins off him). My second goal was a top 4 finish to get the league girl. With zero losses for the week I believe I met both my goals.

Final note, my insincts are getting better so my winning average also climbed a wee bit (23.3ish to 23.45).

By the way, you never confirmed what your final ranking ended up being last week. Did you actually end up taking the win over Test and everyone else with those famished scores you posted last Wednesday? Or was there a ton of movement after your screenshot as I expected, and you ended up with "just" a top 4? Don't leave us hanging like that, bro. I wanna know!

Another relatively cheap league. 303 fights to do, so I had to refill (180 Kobans) to finish it (I was 15th with only +12 points without my last refill; didn't feel safe enough 😛 good call, since some players moved in the last minutes)

A good end for this week. Had feared that some Veterans with full lvl750 teams could fight harder for the top4, but it seems that they all played more relaxed or had more RL issues than I. The other reason why I wasn't sure about this end was that the Blessing wasn't very nice to me. I had to fight 5 opponents boosted - checked that it wasn't Mythic equipment that irritated the booster detector.

I used 1 Ginseng, 2 Cordys and 3 AM Booster, my girls were between lvl700 and 750.

Week #8 in D3:

This time I could reach Top 30 and finished with my best result in D3 at rank 20 (best in ranking, points and victories).

(5675 points, 18.55 average, 264 victories, 42 defeats, 102 opponents)

(Kobans: 2+178+61+61+25+25+37+17+50=456)

Again I missed a lot of time and therefore natural regeneration and spent kobans on refills - mainly (but not only) after blessings' change. Still 1710 kobans profit thanks to top 30.

On the 3rd day I put on 2 cordyceps, on the 5th (after blessings' change and before the next snapshot time) and 6th day (because of pantheon - could beat temple 1500) 3 cordys, else 1 cordy + 2 gin, but no bought boosters.

Only short time before the last day I levelled up 1 mythic equipment *) - slot 6, CH(my class)/atk., EXH/def. - to level 20 and equipped it, so that helped me on the 7th day.

*) (I'm experiencing the scrolling bug and read just recently in the forum how to bypass it by decreasing the window size, especially the width of it on my laptop screen, until the game is in mobile device view.)

I have unlocked level cap 750, but at the moment only 5 C5-girls at this level, High Mage Arcana at level 705, Royal Housemaid and most of my 5-star-girls (and a few L3s) at level 700.

As the situation in my family is still challenging (my father is very old and can't be left alone anymore), I might reduce my game play and presence in the forum even more or maybe even take a break for a while.

So after fumbling my points at the end of last weeks league I found myself getting promoted to D3 unintentionally 😅

Surprisingly had a decent run on my first try, and for a brief moment thought I could finish in the 15-30 bracket—which would offset the cost to compete in D3 vs D2 for similar placement. But alas, in the last quarter couldn't gain enough points to maintain it and finished at 41.

Final score: 5276pts  —  239W - 61L vs 306 battles

Extra cost include 1 full refill and 1 AM mythic booster.

Will most likely slip back to D2 after this week (subject to events and contest), missing out on some gold for next week... But at least I can provide some fodder for @Liliat who I see this week 🤗

Before you take a screenshot of your league, if you could click on the Eye icon from the HH++ script to make everyone appear instead of just the people you haven't fought yet, it would be even better. I mean this more in general than in this particular case, since your first top 60 in D3 isn't necessarily that big of a milestone to immortalize. But you get the idea. ^^ Have a safe trip back down to D2, then.

I won't partake in the early sprint, I don't have that kind of budget. Instead I'm looking at the marathon. So probably no big move before Phase 2 either way. Then we'll see if a top 4 is a reasonable goal here.

I'm only human, missed it by minutes! Was more invested in Comix, but my first place was near 7100 points for those interested in current D2 stats, average just under 23pp, bottom 15 line was around 4500 like usual. 2 Mythic boosters used, booster mix of Ginseng, Cholera Cordy all week. Expected to score higher, but league in general was very boosted for a D2 because of the Event.

Finished with another Top 4. The fight for it was pretty hard. Methos was again in my group. I recognized Sephira who pushed early. He had only 1 victory before if I remember correctly, but owns already 6 mythic items, so the expected winner was pretty clear. However the distance was close during the week so I had some light hopes. Maybe Sephira did not use AME and I can be a surprise. For this reason I activated 1,5 AME boosters during the week. More was not possible because the needed seasons fights for PoA. I can live with a waste if I end up in the Top 4. At the end I think it was a good decision because the competiton was tough. On the last day it looked pretty good. Unfortunately I had to fight a lot of boosted players in the end, but my assumption was to be in front of Sephira. And that was the case...well...but only till the last 3 minutes. I don't know who passed me, it would be very interesting to know. My guess would be that Saphira hold back some fights until the last seconds.

Because it was so close (at least from the perspective of time - it could be that I was surpassed by +200 points, I don't know), I feel a little bit disappointed. Without mythic items this could have been better. But I already expected some money spenders to buy their wins for some time from now on, this was only a proof.
