My first win without using mythic boosters

Last week I didn't post a league report. But then, like this week, everything went smoothly and boringly. Two mirror weeks in the D3 league. Last and this week I took a relatively problem-free and cost-free 12th place. I played mainly with one team, I had nothing to use the blessings of both weeks on, since I don't have the appropriate pumped girls available. Therefore, the goal was to stay in the top-15 and not spend too much time on the game. Which was achieved. I didn't use any boosts or extra attempts. So two boring weeks have passed, let's see what the coming week has in store for us.

Finished 1st, a nice finish after last week debacle.

It costs me 1.5 LME and I bought 10 fights. I could have cheapened on the last 0.5 LME but Dio was close in lost points until today (-30 when I was at -28) and I had 2 opponents left which were not guaranteed 25 so I decided that I wouldn't risk it. In the end I could have.

It's hard every week now since I went back to working in the office. I was 8th this week for example, missing ~300 points to the top 4.

I'll have to start thinking of being in top 4 as a rare victory rather than the norm I'm afraid.

A hard bracket like expected.

With The ol' Marshal and Darkyz in the bracket a win was out of reach. The question were the top4. A long time it was not sure how it would end with Julien, Nazghul and me. Even at this moment (ca. 20min before reset) I'm not sure if Julien has 2 fights open and could get the 3rd place, or if he had lost so much points in a short period that 50 lost points weren't counted from the script. And it was only in the last 12h that it got sure, that Nazghul had lost some more points than I.

A problem to me in this League week was not only that I was busy the last weekend in RL and couldn't play most of the time from midday Friday to midday Sunday, I had bad rng on top against some opponents. I'm more than 20 points below the expected average in total. I lost much more points than expected against Darkyz, Joe, Julien or bestial who made the majority of my losses.

Gratulation to The ol' Marshal who had won again and will now have a great time with the Ladys in the Saloon.

To me it's time to say "Good bye" to the small Dessert Town and continue my journey threw the Dessert to find a new town for next week 😉

A first place with my new best average. It is also one of my cheapest week because I bought no fight, finished last week's LME and used an AME.

Impossible bracket again, and I got xnh0x again this week for the 3rd time in a row now 💀

After boring bracket last week, I got the "exciting" one. Both me and Firkraag were determined to win. In the first half of the league he had better team than me but situation turned 180 degrees after Monday reset when I prepared the optimal team for current blessing. However, the deciding factor was polpolpol. I decided to hit him right after his team stopped being affected by old blessing and lucked out 75 from expected 24.53. Firkraag tried to catch him swapping teams but polpolpol was too clever and didn't allow it. He still had small glimmer of hope until Wednesday when he was left with 3 opponents and 1 less lost point than me, but after losing another 2 points everything was settled.

The funniest moment of the league was when me and Firkraag decided to hit the most annoying player at the same time and... we both ended with bullet in the head, despite having 90+% win chance (my was 98.2%). Our scores were identical, 2x25 and 11.

The magic of 12th place has not left me for three weeks in a row. Of course, this makes me happier than sad. I understand that the level of my equipment does not allow me to claim more yet, even with favorable blessings. Therefore, we are happy with what we have and move on. The Top 15 each week gives the opportunity to accumulate a certain amount of kobans. Which can sometimes be spent on some nice things.

Barely but I did manage  I had to do some fights from the office and when I saw cca 1h before the reset that I have 1 last fight against you remaining and I'm missing only 6 points to get into top 4 I was both hopefull that I can keep it and hopeless that someone will most likely snipe me out.

The week started good to me. Most of the time I had only some minor losses and was in front of mago oscuro. But this changed yesterday moring. 4 opponents where I had expected outome between 23,99 and 24,65 and so calculated with 2-4 points to loose. But RNG kicked my ass and I lost 6-8 points against each and so I ended with 1 point more lost than mago oscuro and one opponent where I had to expect some points to loose too. At this time I had hope, that mago oscuro would loose some points after he had to do 19 fights more. But he did a perfect 475 and I lost 5 aditional points to Odin.

Gratulation to mago oscuro del caos for a very good performance and his 134th win!

One positiv thing is, that my clubmate Iricho has chances for top4 at this time.

Edit: As I took a look into the League ca. 1 minute before Reset, Iricho was at 4th, so gratulation to him for a top4!

It shouldn't have ended like this...

Fighting one of 2 strongest players is generally stupid idea and my plan at the beginning was only to go for chill top 4. However, when I saw mates losing 4 points because of him lowering the guard, I thought it may be my only chance to win with him. I wasted stupid amount of time on Monday, trying to fight everyone at perfect time and it was going so well til the almost very end. I was at 2 lost points with only one problematic opponent left. I spent half day waiting for him, but he had to appear about 2 hours before his boosters expire and started preparing new team without letting being vulnerable in league. I decided to hit him before he finish making team... and lost 5 points from 24.34.

All was for nothing and my only chance was lost...

Closing off my first "year" (52nd week) of D3 with a memorable 10th win, against the strongest player on Nutaku!

Just like the previous week, I got xnh0x in my bracket and initially thought it would be another loss. However, thanks to an early mistake from him, I decided to shoot my shot for the win; with the help of RNG favoring me during the second blessing, I was able to widen the gap and comfortably secure the win.

The magic of 12th place in the D3 league has swallowed me like "black liquid". For the fourth week in a row, I can't get out of this Samsara wheel. Of course, it's a little worse than 4th place, but much better than 16th. And that inspires me.

As always, I did not use additional amplifiers and boosts and attempts. And I did not use cheat scripts. I play on a clean client. Which I also recommend to all my close friends.

Are you implying players who use scripts as cheaters? Using sanctioned scripts wouldn't win any league. The scripts only provide information. It is still up to the player skills and persistence for any chance of winning. The sanctioned scripts had been blessed by KK for usage and are openly available to any players. Using them can hardly be called cheating. KK user interface sucks. I just think it is masochistic to play these games without the scripts. I get that some players wouldn't use scripts due to security concern but if you think using scripts is cheating, you are misguided.
