But there was no point in them, as I couldn't rise above 5th place or fall below 15th. I didn't take the final screenshot because I was distracted by the competition. I stopped stressing about it since I realized I'd done all I can and it was just a matter of a few people wanting top 15. I think a top-15 finish is guaranteed. I won't get to the top-4 even if I win all the remaining battles—15 of them, with a +25 result, which is surreal. The only thing I'm interested in is playing for ME, but even there, I'm still in the top 5%. So, I'm just closing this League for myself. I should be safe at 3rd, only LuzBel could drop me to 4th if he avoid to loose 29 or more points in his remaining fights (if I had tracked all his losses correct). At first I wanted to challenge mot but some family irrupted without warning at the end of last week so I didn't have so much time between league reset and Sunday afternoon. I knew that it would be easier to secure points against hardest opponents before blessings change but couldn't so I shifted to a cheap top 4. In the end, after seeing mot's score, I don't know if I shouldn't have tried because I expected him to lose less points (less than 30 in fact). Also, RNG wasn't with me this week because I lost 4 points to 24.99+ expected results (less than 1% chance to score a 24). I bought 3 fights and used 1 AME. mdnoria Posted May 21 Share Posted May 21 This week, when I arrived in town, I spotted the sheriff rocking back and forth in his rocking chair on his porch, checking everyone coming and going. I went into the saloon and met up with @rayley, a friend of mine. We talked, and learned there wouldn't be a deputy in town all week. So we decided it was the perfect week to show the sheriff he couldn't rest easy. For several days, we observed the town, studying everyone's habits to devise a plan to take the sheriff by surprise and rob the bank at the best moment. We lured a few people away so they wouldn't be disturbed at the height of the action. After four days, we decided to put our plan into action, splitting up at the sun's zenith. Rayley was supposed to lure the sheriff into the Badlands, as far away from town as possible, to give me time to pull off my heist. He fired a few shots to attract the sheriff's attention, then fled out of the city, into the wilderness. The sheriff, not wanting chaos to erupt in town, decided to follow him to show him who was in charge. I was strategically positioned and began to carry out my mission to the letter. While the sheriff was overwhelmed, I had time to empty the chests. Once my task was complete and the gold secure, I rushed to my comrade's aid. The fight was fierce; the sheriff fought valiantly, but was eventually hit by our crossfire and had to surrender to see the sun rise again. Rayley took some heavy blows, but was satisfied: the loot was ours. An expensive week but it was worth it for me (less for rayley who needed to make joe lose points so I could win). I bought 60 fights and used 2 AM. On 8/23/2025 at 9:20 AM, Ol Sheriff Joe said: " Some times Lady Luck giveth, some times she taketh...
