Truth. While men on a global average may or may not be more into sex than women, it's an absolute fact that men do not have the capacity to get horny like women can. I've lost count of the number of women I've known who were literally always horny- when that happens to guys, please call your doctor for an erection lasting longer than four hours.
Male here, from what I know women will almost always be able to outlast a man (in my experience she will have to come at least two more times than me to tire first) but aren't often desiring to get it on with nearly anyone as in the game. For me that's the primary way in which it could be viewed as misogynist as it perpetuates what is mostly a male fantasy. Obviously as several women have pointed out here, the game is a fantasy and anyone is entitled to enjoy their own fantasies, myself included.
