It is actually completely useless. And the design of that scroll bar is most likely what's takin' such time to load too. The repeated game name in the harem is the least of the game's issues right now, (not at all implying it isn't an issue). "It isn't that bad" you say, although it isn't just the harem takin' time to load, the whole game does. So when you think it through, it is that bad yes indeed. My opinion on this matter is, just remove everything in the harem which makes the game slow/lag & make some changes to it if needed. What concerns the harem's repeated logo, I think they indeed could change it to the logo outside of the harem instead (銭湯 & 水楽潜) as seen in the image below or just plain. It's not only on mobile where it isn't working well, same applies to computer & it shall get reworked there as well. If you really want the server issues lessened you should rethink your liking to the overall design, other than that I 100% agree with that they shall be diminished. Sincerely

Sorry, wasn't thinking about it but you're right about that So you say you believe they might fix the lag sometime? I'm almost 100% sure about it might be due to the scroll bar load in the harem menu. Not sure if the harem menu layout's related to the lag as well, but something about it surely has taken a toll on the processing performance. They should just rework the harem menu a bit, especially that scroll bar which I'm highly suspecting being the main problem behind the lag. I hope so as well because I really want to keep playing this game, especially once the new world (after Roko Sensei) has become introduced. Cheers

They totally should do anything about it ASAP if they do want me & many others back in this game. Cuz it's just not any fun playing as long as it's lagging on us. They should improve server & game performance somehow, shouldn't be too hard. I really freakin' want to get back to this game seriously anytime soon. Sincerely
