I got her but only got her to 3 stars.
The fact that they thought bringing a 5* girl with the same upgrade costs as in HH is a good idea is mind boggling to me.
The costs are to high HH let alone in here where we have much less income.
I like 5* girls but they have to make the upgrade costs much more reasonable. -
The free girls look terrible imo. Hope looks ok and Sparty is pretty good.
Both art style and art quality in this game seem very inconsistent which I hoped would be less of an issue here since the game is starting fresh.-

The face of Feline Fury looks really weird imo. Especially the 0* art. The face proportions are just completely wrong.
There's several other girls with the same issue. You can easily see it in world 2 (Hero academy).
I'm not sure if they are but they all look like they were done by the same artist.
Here's a quick edit I did off the 0* art showing what I mean.

Literally every other gacha I ever played has this feature by default.
And the collect all feature is no different. Nowhere else have I seen something like that locked away.
It's literally designed to frustrate the players so they feels forced to pay. -

Another PoA. Really disappointed.
The girl designs aren't really appealing to me either. At least I can ignore the event without much regret.
I guess I'll have nothing to do for a few more weeks.The fact that we are only getting these high spending events during the beta is honestly ridiculous.

Not necessarily for people with slower connections. But that could be solved if it cached stuff between play sessions and not load everything again all the time.

Now, I can only imagine how it will be like for me once PoP, leagues and champions are added... even more of my spare time will have to go into playing CxH just to keep up. But the deciding factor was still the fact that everyone in my mojo and level group in the season are always boosted. I've been forced to use boosters myself to even progress in the season, as I'm always matched against hopeless fights without godly RNG with crits. Fully boosting everyday this early in the game just for season fights feels so wrong to me.
Since this is just a beta, I hoped that I could be more casual and not feeling forces to be a completionist for all daily activities in the game to not fall behind the rest of the community. Alas.
Anyway, have fun everyone who's still fighting on and enjoying the game!
I'm gonna stick with CxH over HH purely because it's new. I'm level 215 in HH and it just feels impossible to catch up.
HH also loads unbearably slowly. Doing anything is a chore. You're more or less forced to use the the collect all, 10x battle etc. They could likely fix all of that by making a downloadable version but I doubt they will ever do that.-

Also, yeah... Dropping huge game-changing events on us out of the blue, very expensive koban wise and normally requiring a lot of advanced notice to plan for and play properly (without throwing real money at the game in a hurry) seems like a very unhealthy way to go through this "Beta" phase. And I have yet to see a Calendar (maybe on Discord? I haven't checked the Discord for CXH yet).
What's the usual koban cost for these?
I spent 1k without thinking much about it and only got 12 shards. -
The girls in world 2 honestly look hideous. The faces look very disproportional. I'd post a screenshot put apparently that's a spoiler.
The girls in world 3 look much better. They look much more like what I expect from comic book characters. Darkling is my favorite.
The new event girls look great as well. Especially No-Gone and Harp
Some of the event requirements seem a bit steep thou. Especially the money ones.
That fact that we got a money spending contest right after doesn't help either.The money contest seems really pointless to me at such an early stage of the game. I thought it was supposed to be a money sink, but this early in the game you won't really have much spare money.

I think the term "spoilers" might have caused confusion in this case. I don't mean spoilers as in revealing a plot twist or something like that. It's not allowed to post any image from the game that needs to be unlocked there, basically.
So for instance, we're fine with posting the 0-star pose of a girl, but no other pose. We're not allowed to post any image (even partial) from story or affection scenes. I hope this helps. Cheers.
I've read the rules. And I really don't think my post went against any of them. But I guess it's up to interpretation.
You're just causing unnecessary tension by moderating posts that are completely inconsequential.
Anyway, thanks for the trouble. Really welcoming forum, instantly handing out warnings to new members for basically nothing

What's the point of this hyper sensitivity to spoilers in a art critique thread where people are expected to have played through stuff. It's much easier to bring the point across when shown specific examples. Both girls are literally on the cover for the world. It's really not a spoiler. It's just a face. It's no more of a spoiler than the world cover.

Why add a 5* girl so early without even rebalancing the cost? Just copy paste from HH.
The upgrade costs for 5* girls are ridiculous in HH and much worse in CxH.
Especially with all of the cash nerfs from previous patches.
Does any developer even play this game or do they literally just copy paste everything from HH?
