I think a fix like that would finally make this into the group activity it was supposed to have been but never was.

When I found out you don't get the full girl but 20 shards, I laughed.
I got 3 drops in 7 finishes, myself. I guess due to lack of content they make us grind for everything in CX. The Ep Orb drop rates are also laughable - 0 girls in 30 orbs since I started counting.

Your comment made me reevaluate my being stuck at stage 1000 - like you I wouldn't be getting better odds with the new girls, so I updated the team I had to 550 and beat the stage on the second try. So thanks!

This is a very healthy and mature decision, especially in the light of the post above. I applaud your choice. Maybe I should follow?

Anyone noticed the stealth change on Champions AGAIN?
My girls have an average STR there of 50k, while it used to be 50% of that. But champions are stronger again, meaning I do much less rounds than I used to.

I'd be done too, if I didn't get lost in work and forgot to snipe top 4 with the XP reward. Oh well, I'll get her today, and I never land anywhere in the 2nd day due to the shortage of orbs on CX anyway.

Seeing how the patch notes threads for CX are closed, I wanted to say it's a great change to fix the Side Quests with new art (ESPECIALLY Caution:Wet) and if the entire game looked like this I'm sure we'd have much less complaints.
Happy to see Champions in, as well.

I was also surprised about that, but with nothing else to spend the Season combativity on in this alpha game, I decided to get her anyway. Finished using 2 Sandalwood (or w/e the name in CX is) and 1600 kobans, so whatever.

Yea, it's a lot of work that I don't think will be done. We will never get of this early access :D

Yea, it's a bug, but Winter Any is on the 4th Champion. Not that I'm gonna bother, as I'd have to finish the 5th stage and then HOPE for a drop of 20. Not worth it (although now that I see it I did get a 20 drop yest when I finished that champ, so yay.)

I've noticed it myself but wasn't really bothered by it at all, as the pictures in the sidequests (the recent ones, not the horrible ones we got in the beginning) are all very good, much better than the original designs for characters. I hope this new artist will redraw the early characters, myself!

I think it's symptompatic of exactly that - people leaving.
But worry not! I'm sure the shard limits will simply be lowered so that that sought after feeling of artificial scarcity (by the Devs, if not anyone else) will be reintroduced back into the gamer population.

players who care (about pvp) will still go for her, eventually they can upgrade her, but you never know when and how she will come back
It's probably a mixture of all of the above.
I know I've followed the Head Dev's advice and cut down to logging once a day in order to read the story (Paraphrasing: "If you're only interested in story and don't want to do PvP, you can do that!"). If the only answer to the overload of events/activities is to ignore what we don't want to see, then so be it. (I don't think it's a good suggestion for the company in the long run, though, because "playing" less than suboptimally makes me want to abandon the game for good, so yea). I guess my meagre dollars are not worth it, anyway.

Yea, I noticed that myself too, but it was more difficult to keep track as I'd spend them as I got them. The Epic orbs I kept and used only during the Legendary contest, so it was easy to remember the odds (and they've stayed mostly the same). I used to get a girl eery 10 orbs or so, but 0 in 42 is abyssymal. Likewise, I'd have around 70-100 orbs from a month of saving, this month I had only 40. Coincidence? I think not.
I used to get a girl every 70 or so Mythic orb. My last streak was 160 without a drop, but then I got 2 within 60 MP orbs of each other, so...
All of this is anectodal, unfortunately, but yea, all this coupled with the recent changes make me want to go on a hiatus to clear my head of this spinning wheel the game has become.

42 Epic Orbs and 0 girls, a clubmate got 2 in 46 spins. Now if that's not a stealth nerf, I don't know why we're cursed with such bad luck.
Pathetic they resort to such kind of changes to squeeze the dimes from us.
And I always said how I though the F2P experience was fair and just in HH. No more.

(honestly idk how many games he can play.. but either he has more than 24 hours a day available or all he does is playing games.. like seriously ? 3 to 4 sessions a day each 5-10 mins is what he said he uses for this game( if I remember correctly).. that´s not even enough to finish daily missions ..)Well, because he's playing on a dev account, so he feels like he doesn't need to collect the daily missions, because he can simply tune his numbers if needed.
This is not the proper way to test things, as anyone who's worked in QA can attest.
It's painfully obvious that KK does not, in fact, use any proper QA testing procedures, but we've known that for years probably.

My guess is simply because people don't care anymore. The constant churn of 2+ events tired out even some of the mosst addicted crowd. I myself went to the PL-UKR border and only then saw how much time this game actually consumes nowadays. It stopped being an idle game a long time ago.
Quite a few people in my club said they can't keep up with the required attention and left. I'm now doing the same. It's an easy decision for me to move on, too. No time.
