I won Madam Lilac from Epic Pachinko today which is not a girl from the current anniversary event. The banner shows the anniversary girls but yet I got a different girl. Am I missing something? Any clarification would be appreciated.

Shard drop rate is horrible, 100 battles and only 10 shards.

Shouldn't an Anniversary Event reward players? This seems to be a huge cash grab. The rng and drop rate is horrible, the villain girls are not even legendary.

There's over 70k shards left on my server, I literally stopped trying because the rng is crazy.
