How you doing in the "League"

Please help! I got Rank 90 in the league (I was in Dicktador 3) and I am supposed to go down to the Previous League (dicktador 2) to compete with other players who are at a similar level, but this time I am still at the bottom of all.
Is this an error, or does the demotion no longer exist when obtaining ranks below 76? If anyone can answer me I would greatly appreciate it!
