  1. Uh, I don't want any of this stuff? These features just seem to add needless complexity and endless grind; that was not the game I signed up for. The day girl equipment is added to the game is the day I quit.

If Kinkoid is bored and looking for things to do, sure, go ahead and add custom bundles; that seems fine. But remember when they talked about converting legacy girls into five star versions? How about they work on that instead.

God, thanks for the forum specific log in page. I have not been able to log in here for months, 'cause trying to do so constantly redirected me to hh game page, and no matter if I was already logged in there or not, returning to the forum via the in game menu wouldn't make me logged in in the forum, too.

Thank you for pointing that out! I had basically given up on ever being able to comment in the forums again.

  3. Look, I'm sure you're all lovely people. But this is a porn game. I don't want to chat with you guys while I'm playing it. I don't want to work with you to achieve a common goal. I don't want to participate in group activities so I can min-max and maybe one day be competitive in D3, the biggest source of broken rewards in this game. I just want to do some battles, get some girls, and unlock their level up scenes in peace, occasionally logging onto the forums to complain about some development that I find annoying.

Gating girls behind club activities is the opposite of that. As I see it, it goes against the initial promise of clubs which said that making sure club events and competitions would be "totally optional". I suppose it's optional in the sense that you can continue the overall story just fine by skipping it, but choosing to completely ignore a source of new girls seems to be against the spirit of a game that's tag line is "Gotta catch 'em all".

I realize that I don't speak for everyone and clearly some people enjoy having active, chatty clubs, and look forward to club battle systems. That's okay, by all means, go ahead and create it. Have the rewards be unique avatars, items, or backgrounds. Maybe invent a spot in the player profile where you can show off club achievements. But please, leave the girls in single player where they belong.

  4. This sounds terrible. This is going to take so many kobans to complete that it's going to be limited to D3 winners which will then give those D3 winners another advantage which will in turn limit the pool of potential D3 winners.

And look, if your stated goal for this is because of monthly legendary events, legendary girls no longer feel special ,it's pretty easy to see that having a monthly mythic event is going to put your right back in the same place a little ways down the line.

My potentially unpopular solution is that if you want to make these rare event girls feel special have fewer events. With fewer events the artists will more time to to work on the art and use strict quality control to make sure that it actually is great. Next, cut the league rewards down dramatically across the board. Without the massive resources infusion that the leagues provide and with fewer, better rewarded events, you'll actually get event girls that feel special.

  5. I just don't understand the reason for the crazy competition in the winners' bracket. Here was my Day 2. I realize that as higher level player money is basically worthless, but surely you'd rather spend that cash on day 2 to win the girl, rather than a single 6-mythic orb set? It just doesn't seem like a judicious use of resources to me.

  6. I think the devs and I just have very different ideas about what is important in this game.

To me, the core gameplay loop is rather simple: It's play the story to battle bosses to get girls and money. Use the money to upgrade the girls getting you new scenes and allowing you to progress further in story, letting you battle new bosses to get new girls and money. Rinse, repeat.

I think that seasons, places of power, leagues, clubs, activities, all of these other things are just distractions with various degrees of tedium attached. Sometimes, these things have rewards that make them worthwhile, some they do not. Arena balanced out pretty favorably in the effort to tedium scale. Seasons increased the value of the rewards necessitating more effort. It's likely to fall someplace pretty different on that scale.

That's fine I guess. Devs shouldn't have to cater to my whims. They should do what it is important to them; great things rarely come about when you're trying to cater to somebody else's vision. But that doesn't mean that I want to go along the ride with all of their choices.

We are having this same posts (too low shards drop, should I spend 2000 kobans or how many kobans I need to get the girl) every legendary days.

In average you should need 500 battles to get the girl, but you could get her in less than 400 if you are lucky, or more than 600 if you aren't.

Discounting the 200 free regeneration battles during the 4 days of the event, that means between 200 and 400 additional battles.

Translating this into kobans needed to be sure to get her: between 2000 and 4000, but prepare another 1000 in case you are super unlucky and need near 700 battles.

I don't think that this is a bad thing. If you just collect the koban reward from completing your missions each day, on average you'll get 4500 a month and that's before quest koban rewards and league rewards. Sure, the numbers are tight, but it's possible to do as F2P and, unlike in legendary contests, you don't need to significantly alter how and when you play the game if you're not normally around at the daily reset time.
