    My iPhone is 12.1.4 and the iPad is 12.1.0.

    Both are currently at 12.2. I haven’t played on the iPad since my previous post but on my iPhone this hasn’t really gone away, even with new events.

    This seems to have gone away for a few days after the Christmas Revival started but now it’s back.

    iOS 12.1.2, same thing on Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Works on Opera Mini, albeit slowly.

    I was refreshing the Town view on my phone and I think I saw something akin to a pop-up message asking me to confirm my email address and promising kobans. Unfortunately the message apparently broke the site' s style sheet/layout/whatever and most of the text blended into the background so I couldn't make out much.

    Was this something that originated from you guys?

  4. I recently contacted Kinkoid Support regarding the same issue. I can still access my HH account but the original email account is gone. For now everything is ok but if there ever were any problems with their backend that corrupted passwords or whatnot, I'd be SOL. Also I'd be unlikely to create a new account.

    It shouldn't be too hard to create a mechanism to migrate game progress or change the username. They could e.g. display a verification code within the player profile page that could then be used to confirm the transfer request. Security reasons just sounds like bit of a cop-out.
