[Cannot advance into Tier 3 for Pandora Witch]

When I advance to tier 3 or level 750, the next time I play I i get a screen that shows alot of lost items and then it drops to level 749 again.  It will not let me advance any further as this process continues to repeat.  My user ID is DCTRPS and ID number is 432697.  Any help would be appreciated!!

My monthly card expired today and i immediately renewed. Restock price in market remained at 42 instead of the normal 21. I logged out, cleared browser, and logged back in but still at 52 kobans.

[No banner in Hentaiheroes to get to Hentaiclicker]

I have the required 3000 level in ...Clicker to get the new girl in ...Heroes, but do not see banner in .....heroes to get to clicker.  I have logged in by pc and phone and dont see either. Any help would be appreciated!
