Special offers aren't appearing for people, like world bundles among others. This has been an issue for awhile.

I don't seem to be getting world bundles anymore, other special offers seem to be gone too that others have access too.

I am formally requesting refunds for 3 failed transactions. I can provide the emails if needed. I have received this error multiple times, and I believe that your payment system is broken: This is in reference to purchase #s: 26078 25731 25724

I'm aware that the obvious answer to what I'm about to post is "if you don't think they represent value for money then don't buy them" but this is the feedback section of the forum so... After a short run of better value for money (usually a nominal* 400% markdown) today sees a reversion to nominal* 200% markdowns on a couple of fairly pricey bundles. I've no issue with the contents of either bundle (I'd probably buy both if they were more competitively priced & it's nice to see that you've included some Kobans in one of them) but I doubt I'm the only non-F2P player who'd want to ensure that any larger in-game purchases represented good value for money. I appreciate that, as a business, you want to achieve the highest possible price for your product(s) but doing so at the expense of sales volume is foolhardy. I hope this post doesn't come across as 'whinging' (I don't need to buy either bundle & I appreciate the freebies you give to your players) -- my intention is to offer some constructive criticism. FWIW I've attached a couple of screenshots of the bundles in question. *nobody buys Kobans at face value. A permanent discount is built into the pricing.

I've posted a few grumbles in the Feedback Section so I think it's only fair that I post some praise too: the two free bundles were a welcome & unexpected surprise & I wholeheartedly support the message re: regular hand-washing!

The introduction of regular Event Bundles, as a similar offering to the World Bundles (I.E. a competitively priced mix of energy, equipment, Ymen, Kobans & fights/combativity) but with the addition of an Event Pachinko Orb, would, i believe, offer a welcome new option for players, particularly newer players such as myself, who are willing to make some in-game purchases in order to accelerate their progression in the game; increase the monetary return on the investment the Developers make in creating each event; provide a regular use for the recently created & (to the best of my knowledge) as yet unused Event Pachinko Orb; & increase the overall revenue the game generates. The bundles' equipment theme would be identical to that of the equipment offered in the Event Pachinko so the additional work that creating them would entail *should* (I'm absolutely useless with all things tech-related so must admit that i may be missing something glaringly obvious!) be minimal. I realise that this suggestion may not go down well with those F2P players who object to the advantages that in-game purchases give to those players who are both willing & able to make them but, bluntly, without players making in-game purchases this game wouldn't have the abundance of, usually excellent, art & regular updates we all enjoy.

When i enter the Archipelago for how long can i aquire the bundle it is associated with? I want to time it with the Aniversary event but i can´t find the amount of days i can claim it and didn´t remember it. Thx for your help ahead of time
